The kitchen has a high, vaulted ceiling, allowing plentiful natural light, and louvre windows allowing the breeze to flow in during summer. Guests will enjoy cooking in the modern, well-equipped kitchen, complete with Caesar stone bench tops, double ovens, dishwasher, family size fridge, and a Sunbeam Mini Barista coffee machine. There is also a family-sized modern gas BBQ on the rear deck. Choose to enjoy your meal in the comfortable dining room or outside on the deck.

The property has ducted air conditioning throughout, with a separate split system upstairs in the parents’ retreat. The separate lounge room has an electric fireplace for those cosy winter nights, Smart TV, free unlimited Wifi and comfortable, stylish furnishings. An outdoor lounge is provided on the covered front deck allowing you to relax and take in the peace and tranquility of the surroundings.

On the main living area level there are three bedrooms all with cypress timber floorboards, ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning. The main bathroom is tastefully appointed with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, toilet and vanity, and boasts luxurious underfloor heating for those cooler nights. There is also a large laundry with a front-loading washing machine and dryer, and a separate powder room on this level.

Upstairs is the parents’ retreat: a large bedroom with luxurious wool carpets, walk-in-robe, split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony with stunning water views to the east. Imagine waking up each morning to a view of the beautiful sunrise.

Iluka is perfect for your next family holiday. Onsite parking is available for 4 cars. Linen is not provided at the property, so you have the option of either hiring linen, or bringing it with you.

It is classified as an offence if the noise continues after a warning has been given by council or a police officer.

Holiday with friends.
We all found the property clean and well looked after. The kitchen had all the items we needed and plenty of crockery, cutlery, cookware etc. There were some starter items as well which was very helpful for the first day. Plenty of space for us all and the fire and underfloor heating came in handy. Close to tourist spots in the area. For any older visitors or young children just need to watch the stairs at the front and the steep driveway. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing holiday home
A truly beautiful place to stay. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Everything you could possibly want has been catered to. We all commented how fantastic the set out of the house was and it was immaculately clean, which is often hard to find in a holiday home. There are gorgeous filtered bay views from most rooms in the house and the back yard was perfect for our littlies to run around in. Honestly, we cant fault this incredible home. We had a wonderful stay - thankyou so much to the owners for your thoughtfulness in providing us with such a great place to have our holiday.
