This beautifully furnished 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath beach home is now being offered as a perfect vacation home and sleep up to 15! It certainly provides all the amenities that make for an unforgettable vacation!
The house (Duplex) is located on a dead end road directly across from the beach and has excellent beach access (less than a minute walk). The home is located in a nice neighborhood adjacent to Surf City and is close to restaurants and stores. This is a luxury home with hardwood and tile floors and granite counter tops throughout. There are four covered porches and one balcony, three of these have beautiful ocean views.
The bedrooms are huge, each measuring at least 13 ft. X 15 ft. All rooms have ocean or sound views and the sound of the waves breaking on the beach will sooth even the most frazzled nerves. Three of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and the two remaining bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with separated double vanity area and shower/toilet areas.
The kitchen and living room are an open air concept, with a large space that just begs for socializing and entertaining. The kitchen is huge with beautiful cabinets and granite counter-tops.
Enjoy one of four decks (two ocean view, two sound view) in rocking chairs and quality fold out chairs.
The house is 16.5 feet off the ground and can park six cars underneath with room for at least two more cars in the gravel driveway. In addition to the front door, there is a poor-weather entry from under the house in case it rains.
Limit 3 small dogs(under 25 lbs.) $150 per pet fee. All dogs must be at least one year of age, be fully house broken, up to date on all shots and must have had flea treatment within 30 days of the guests check in date.
A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
Our Cancellation Policy overrides the limited option provided by VRBO and is in accordance with NCVRA 42A-36, and Article 36A of Chapter 14 or Article 1 of Chapter 166A of the General Statutes of North Carolina and is included on our rental agreement.
Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.
