This was my 2nd stay at the hotel this year and I have been impressed both times. The hotel is always clean and staff are lovely. It is close to all the attractions on the island and has easy access to the Sentosa express. Amazing hotel.

Kids friendly hotel

Third time staying at this hotel. Great hotel for families, my daughters love the big swimming pools. The rooms are small but if you’re spending only 1 or 2 nights that’s no big deal. We ate outside of the hotel most of the time. It’s so convenient to take the Sentosa express and eat at Vivo City or Sentosa resort world. Heads up that the hotel is quite popular with tourists and the check in at 3pm can be quite overwhelming. Try to ask for an early check in or go there before 2pm.

We recently stayed in a family room at Village Hotel Sentosa. The property was lovely, kids enjoyed the pool area and staff we encountered were exceptional. Check in took a while even though we had completed online check in- we seemed to come at a busy time. We were coming from another hotel and had expected to leave our bags and go off and explore. To our surprise our room was available and we were able to check in early. Rooms were very clean however we found them quite small. Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic short break to break the journey

Fantastic location. Service is a bit slow but I guess, thorough. The rooms are spotless, with comfortable beds (although shower could be improved). We enjoyed every minute of our stay and appreciate the hospitality

This hotel has great staff and is very convenient for holidaying in Singapore. Easy access to Sentosa island, the fantastic VivoCity mall and onward to the city (less than 25 mins to the city CBD). The breakfast is definitely worth adding. It has nice rooms and the adjoining rooms are excellent for families. Great pool for kids. Would recommend.

Great hotel. Rooms were a good size.The people managing taxis and bag's were lovely and helpful, however the front desk staff for check in were not very welcoming and check in took a long time.

Singapore is great

The food choice is phenomenal. Every morning, you have more than 30-40 freshly made delicious west and east food choices. If you get up late, there will be even a line. We travel in the summer, the peak season. The space is small compared to American hotel rooms, but new and comfortable. The service staff always tried to be personal and offer their best. It's expensive but we want to visit again immediately after we leave...

The rooms come in different sizes. One of our rooms felt a little cramped- no space for luggage or counterspace to put stuff on. The shelf under the tv folds out to serve as a “table”, I guess, while you sit on the bed! One side of the bed is flushed against a wall, so the person laying on that side of bed have to crawl out. The other rooms were satisfactory, enough space for 2 small side tables. The rooms are clean. Bathrooms have fancy bidet with toilet seat warmer etc. Pools have warm water, adequate cleanliness. Hotel location is great! We appreciate the free air-conditioned buses within Sentosa! Short walk to Imbiah train station. Staff were friendly from front desk to housekeeping and on site restaurant (Native Kitchen). Convenience store is literally right outside of the hotel! Great for late snack, and items you might run out off or need during your stay. I personally prefer a little bit more space in the rooms but I would stay here again due to this hotel’s location and convenience.

Fantastic Stay

We had an amazing time at the Village. The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful and accomodating. We travelled as a family of 5 and the rooms are very small so they ungraded us to a bigger room. There was also an unforeseen incident with us accessing our room and management went out of their way to look after us. Kenny, Kenneth & Winnie were all amazing at ensuring our stay was memorable. Luke at the pool bar was lots of fun & made our pool days a real laugh. I highly recommend families consider this hotel for their next stay. The breakfast was also incredible, so be sure to get the breakfast package.
