The first thing one notices after stepping out of the taxi upon arrival is the OUTSTANDING service. The entire Staff from the baggage porters to the doormen to the receptionists is clearly devoted to making the guests feel welcome and quickly and efficiently processing them into the system. From start to finish, you will not once detect even the slightest bit of any attitude other than to cheerfully serve. The entire Staff is wonderful (and our American workers can learn a lot of lessons from them…I’m an American and I know.)
The room is gorgeous with a lovely view and the hotel is conveniently attached to a shopping are with a money exchange, food court, mini-marts, and shopping for almost any item one might need.
If you need to go anywhere, there is a taxi queue at which the wait is no more than 15 seconds, in my experience. Everything is perfect at this hotel. My only complaint would be some rude adult guests who think it’s okay to shout in the hallways outside of others’ rooms at any hour of the night. This is not the fault of the hotel. Funny thing, too…it always seems to be the native English speakers who are prone to this sort of inconsiderate behavior.
