The hotel is in a great location easily walkable to the Duomo and museums as well as a bus stop (Stuffa Secca) that takes you to / from the Siena train station (although be warned, it's a short but steep climb up the hill from the stop to the hotel). The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is generous and varied. The lobby is beautifully decorated. My room was spacious. When I come back to Siena, I'll try to stay here,

Absolutely lovely and unique hotel with helpful friendly staff. Only downfall was the bathroom-great water pressure but no counter space at all! Bring a hanging toilette kit. If driving, pay close attention to the parking instructions provided by the hotel and know you’ll have to go up 5 escalators and walk around 8 mins with your suitcases.

Excellent service in a hotel created in an old traditional siena building. The interior design is a little unique and didn’t suit our style, specifically the bathroom in the centre of the room which was like a goldfish bowl. Other than that, very happy.

Quite nice
Extremely good location in the city of Siena but parking requires about a 10 minute walk and cost 20 EU/day (good price for unlimited in/outs). Building was well converted to today's standards. Nice daily breakfast (cold cuts, breads, cereal). Lounge/breakfast area also offers serve-yourself (all for fee) drinks throughout the day.
