Fabulous Stay
We just checked out and didn't want to leave. This hotel is amazing. The room we had was huge, beds comfortable, and well appointed. The staff were exceptional and catered to our every need. They arranged Tuk Ruk rides and tours for us. We were only here 2 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Food at the restaurant was great too!

If you are going to Siem Reap - this is ABSOLUTELY the place to stay! “Friendly and Accommodating” would be an understatement. Everything from the welcome on arrival, packing breakfast for us when we had an early AM excursion to all of the amenities in the room (complimentary fruit, wine, beer) this is a gem! The owner met us and ensured we had a great stay, with only 9 rooms it is very safe and they know your name from the beginning of your stay till the end! The food and drinks were top notch at the bar and the pool area was very serene and relaxing! The free airport pick-up with a cracked coconut water ready and chilled and free Tuk Tuks into the city center were also a very nice perk. We only stayed for 3 days but could have absolutely made it longer because of this AMAZING hotel experience. Thank you!!

This is an amazing property -- like staying in a private villa. I was worried after I booked it that it might be too small to have services but the service was amazing. The staff are incredible, particularly Sy, and they arranged everything that we needed. They hotel has their own cars and tuk tuk drivers so you have dependable transportation. The hotel is on a quiet street away from the noisy part of the city and closer to the temple sites. It is very quiet compared to hotels in the city. The rooms and grounds are beautiful.

Fabulous
Definitely a boutique hotel with amazing staff. there are only nine rooms With 18 staff the rooms are enormous. The bathrooms are enormous and every whim was catered for with a smile They had a great Pool alongside an outdoor restaurant serving Vietnamese and western food after a very relaxing stay on exiting the Hotel. All the staff lined up to wave goodbye a wonderful end to a great experience Thank you

This place is incredible. The staff here are the most welcoming, caring and friendly people I've ever come across. The hotel itself is amazing. The rooms are huge! We were greeted at the airport with a free pick up, met at the entrance to the hotel every time we came back from being out for the day. We will absolutely be staying here again when we return to Siem Reap. Thank you for making our stay not only comfortable but also memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at Shintana Saya. All of the staff were fantastic and so helpful. They provided free tuktuk rides into town. The resort was very quiet and had a lovely pool and restaurant.

Staff was super helpful, they picked us up from the airport, taxi was only 3 dollars to downtown,, they scheduled oir taxis for our tours, and had the taxis wait for until we were finished. The massages were amazing, food was great, we wish we can give 10 star's.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel close to Angkor Wat. The rooms are large and the staff was great. The on sight restaurant is good for a meal to. The staff will arrange transportation to wherever you would like to go. Highly recommend.

The best hotel we ever visited. Clean and spacious rooms. - it is like a home away from home - breakfast, laundry and even drinks taken care by the hotel Khmer hospitality at its best, their staff is extremely caring and helpful. Good choice of breakfast, which includes vegetarian choices. Would love to visit it again in future I would love to recommend Som and Lalin for their kindness. They are so good.

It was a great experience. We had an amazing time and really above expectations. We booked it imagining we were going to have a good time, but we had a great time. All the staff (and I mean it) were extremely friendly in every single moment of our stay. Spacious room… massages included… relaxing atmosphere… tuktuk to the city availability… tour arranged to us. Everything to make our stay a memorable one. We totally recommend whenever you come to Siem Reap.

Wonderful 4 night stay at this quiet property. We purposely chose this property because it only has 9 rooms ensuring a quiet and personalized stay. All the staff was very welcoming and always greeted us with treats whenever we returned from our temple visits. Breakfast was delicious and the waitress at breakfast was sweet and kind. They remembered our food allergies and preferences which is much appreciated. We booked our tuk tuk rides to the temples through the hotel. Although a bit pricier than arranging it ourselves, it was well worth the money. They provided cold water and cold towels every time we returned to our tuk tuk and the driver was great. Not too much around the hotel but the hotel provides free rides to the town center. AC worked well and laundry service was useful due to the heat and humidity. Highly recommend this boutique hotel if you want something quiet and personalized just like a 5 star hotel.
