The property itself was nice. Some of the staff were kind. The food was ok. But the room just looked like a standard room. The tv only had one English Channel that was fuzzing a lot. The bathroom was not good at all. Dirty and very low water pressure in both the sink and shower. There were no free internet in the rooms like advertised on here. Only if you were in the lobby. A NOT Relaxing Holiday
I have to give this hotel a two-and-a-half-star rating because of our difficult experience. Our check-in process took over an hour. The front desk was unable to find our reservation in their system, but they didn’t tell us until we sat in the lobby for nearly 45 minutes. They also claimed they had never heard of Hotels.com, so to prove that my reservation was indeed legitimate, I had to make an international phone call to the company directly. The room itself had very dusty floors, and the shower was poorly designed and leaked all over the floor. According to Hotels.com, the hotel offers a free breakfast buffet, which is true. What we didn’t know is that the lunch and dinner buffet are also complimentary because that detail was overlooked during our rather difficult check-in experience. Another thing that was mentioned was their limited laundry service. We dropped of our laundry at around 9 a.m., hoping it would be ready by dinner. We were told it wouldn't be ready until the following day. The resort is built right on the shoreline of The Red Sea. Guests are able to dive right into the water and snorkel. To my surprise, there is plenty of wildlife in this small spot because there is a vibrant reef and drop off right there. At check out, the resort provided breakfast in a brown sack for us to take to the airport. The breakfast consisted of two different sandwiches, one orange, and a cucumber. This was a very pleasant surprise.

Everything there was almost terrible((
My booking was all enclusive but they forced me to have only softdrink. they did the same with other customers from Ukraine and others. No respect from managment and staff, i faced many cases where they were unpolite and did the same with other customers. i need to make an official complain to Expedia.com.my about that and i need an email address to send my compalin becuase this hotel should compensate for what they did and i dont recommend noone to go there, sharm is full of hotels and i went there many times in my life and never faced such case.

Good hotel with good pool and beach facilities.
Rooms were OK but cleaned by men. Women do a much better job. Nice pleasant surroundings with nice pools and very good beach with facilities and jetty for swimmers. Coral reef off jetty with many colourful fish. Tours booked in hotel expensive- $40 for a day excursion. Similar tour $10 bought from a travel agent outside the hotel. Ladies massage pay no more that $10 per 40 minutes session. Avoid Jasmine and her beauty salon she's s rip off. Will cost you a minimum of $100 for a 3 hour session. Hotel staff cleaners and waiters earn $75 a month and manager earns $200 a month so you can see the cost of living there. Pleasant stay. Food good and plenty of it. Measures in the bar especially beer can be on the small side. Place is safe as is the whole town are with good visable policing. Airport very well managed and high level of security. Lots of Russians, Ukrainians, Romanians there. Very good holiday. Will go back next year. Tempreture first 2 weeks of March 25=28c each day.If you do the excursion to St Catherine's take a fleece as it's 1500m above sea level and cold. Good swimming and snorkeling in the area.

Very Good!
I stayed at Coral Beach for one week, and I have to say that the hotel is pretty good! The staff is really friendly and helpful, the areas are all cleaned and well maintained. The hotel is located in a pretty secured area and the taxi drivers are available 24/7 so feel free to phone the hotel if you required transportation from/to the airport or any other area around Sharm. The hotel has everything you need, including shopping stores within the hotel and 5 minutes walking distance from the main entrance. I felt pretty comfortable during my stay. The only thing I was not totally satusfafied was the food, it can be improved a bit, other than that I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nice hotel if you're Russian
This hotel is totally geared towards Russian guests, the food, the music, the entertainment, everything. The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you, especially if you tip, but everything else is poor, the weather is great, obviously, the pools are nice and the place is clean but it's 90% Russian occupancy and it shows, the food, though edible, is very poor in choice, in quality and quantity plus they kept running out of drinks. Though we would return to sharma but would give this place a wide, wide berth, shame as it could be really nice.

Hotel coral Rotana
Room was very clean , well equiped , view was magic open to the sea Hotel has his own beach in shark bay , have board /full board available , shopping in site , coffee shop available with good service , bars everywhere , I stay there 4 days and really recommend this property , the only problem is hotel is far away from city center around 6 km but taxis out is available and actually no need to go out because everything was in hand .

Lovely relaxing experience for families & couples
All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, bar staff looked after our liquid needs by the pool, and the cleaners, concierge and restaurant staff looked after us impeccably. The quality of the food was above average particularly for an all-inclusive package, and thanks to Emad and Ahmed particularly, for great fun, banter and hospitality in the restaurant.

My sister and I wanted a gentle, relaxing break after having worked since May without a day off. We weren't disappointed. The room, service, pools etc were fab. The only thing that is not wuite up to English standard is the food. We never went hungry but salads are aimed at the Russians but we spoke to the General Manager and he explained the hotel is working very hard to improve the menu to suit the British better - and for our trouble we had two steak dinners!!! We would definitely go there again.

Slecht hotel, slecht eten en de locatie is ook slecht veer van de staat. Een heel lange afstand met veel trappen (5 verdieping ongeveer ) om het privéstrand te bereiken vanuit het receptie of de restaurant . De kamers is erg oud en stinkt en heeft muggen. Oude kapotte televisie en de ijskast doet het niet. Slechte badkamer en verstopt riool. Service is nul,nul Helaas, het is geen 4 of 3 sterren hotel !! Het minder
