A lovely stay at serenity fun city, so much to do for kids & the staff are unbelievably nice, go out of they way for you. Rooms were not as nice as I expected, air conditioning wasn’t brilliant & Seamed very dark, not brilliant lighting as some of the lights they had wasn’t working. Kids club can drop child off from 10-1 & then again 2-5 for kids 5 & over however not a lot to do for kids apart from colouring, painting etc. We were All inclusive however I’m a Muslim & don’t drink beer however the same glasses are being used for soft drink, times where I could taste beer in my soft drink as glasses not washed properly, may I suggest using disposable cups. I have small kids & the kids aqua Park was closed during our whole stay as some work was being carried out, very disappointed as this was one of the main attractions why we booked this hotel. As a substitute they had put afew baby slides in another pool for kids however this was right next to the big pool so I was constantly worried my 2 year old would run & fall in the big pool. One of the rides at the theme park wasn’t working so we didn’t get to experience that. The hotels taxi service was really good however one of the drivers took us to the mall one day & was lovely & friendly & very chatty & then the same driver was taking us to the airport as we left & as we ddnt leave him a tip from the mall trip he didn’t speak to us the whole way & was driving very fast considering we had small children in the car.

Even though Ebookers did not forward our booking to Serenity, the guy at the reception, Mohammed, sorted us out a room with no problems. The hotel is very good for children from the water slides, playground, beach and the funfair (free from 6-8pm). Also there is a small games arcade which you need to pay for but good for when it is windy outside.
The staff were friendly. Only thing we could complain was the lack of variety in food in the main restaurant esp since we are vegetarians. We haven't had a problem at other all inclusive hotels such as Jungle Aqua.
Overall, a very good clean hotel with so many things to keep children busy.

L’hotel est tres sympa et le personnel au petit soin avec les clients , mais la nourriture laisse a desirer pas assez de choix et pas toujours tres bon
