The property was a great location, a good place to rest after the heat of the city. It would have been nice to access the terrace after 10pm, the kitchenette was abit smaller than I expected. These are just minor things, overall i would recommend the hotel.

Enjoyable stay for a couple while travelling
The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from the Seville Cathedral and Real Alcazar. The staff is very friendly, while the hotel itself is clean, comfortable and everything you really need when travelling. The breakfast is tasty, and the pool on the rooftop is enjoyable.

Good hotel, great location. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The basic lower level rooms don’t have an outside window, ventilation is low and the rooms have a funny smell. Would definitely recommend upgrading.

The room did not have a window to the outside and the air inside felt stale. The hotel is controlled by PIN codes and all we could hear all night was people coming in and then entering the pin to their rooms. Good location but don’t know why the hotel is so highly rated.

Wonderful comfortable stay in a hotel at a central
Wonderful comfortable stay in a hotel at a central Seville location. Just returned from a 4 day stay. Lovely and helpful staff. Easy to get to using a bus (no32) from railway station to a few 100m's from the hotel. Also the Autobus service to Seville airport is a 15 min walk from the hotel. Modern decor, nicely decorated, with some lovely prints pictures . We had a "comfort room" on level 1, that had a large comfortable bed, good en-suite including excellent toiletries, a kitchenette including a microwave, a coffee machine, and a breville, plus a sink, and glasses. There is also a fidge with a small freezer compartment. (Just note that the frudge does make a noise at intermmittent times, but you can turn it off. There is a table and chairs to eat at within the room. There is an air condition unit. No major noise issues from other rooms, or from the hotel in general. There is a roof terrace, with good seating areas including sun lounges, chairs, tables, parasols, and canopys. The terrace has a small pool which was good to use to cool down with showers. Extra towels are provided. Just be aware there can be some slightly annoying pigeons, but it was lovely to take in the sunshine, and relax and listen to the noises although not obtrusive from the surrounding streets The staff allowed us to leave our luggage in the reception area after checking out, and even gave us a temporary code to enter the hotel during the day and have use of the terrace. Will go back when back in Seville

Was a very pleasant stay, staff are extremely helpful and communication was easy. They probably had the best check in prices I ever had with lots of information sent ahead of time. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and very short walks to most sites!

Room was more than we expected, kettle, sandwich toaster, coffee machine, fridge and a small sitting area to eat. Roof terrace with sun lounges. Hotel perfect location to see the wonderful sites of Sevilla. Temps reached 38 and room was cool.

Great Central Position, Super Staff
We had a super stay at the Welldone Quality Crystal Pool. The staff were friendly, kind & knowledgeable about the area. Nothing was too much trouble. I loved the whatsapp messages asking us what time we wanted breakfast or if we needed the room serviced. Our room was perfect for our needs with a small kitchen area. Breakfast arrives on a trolley to your room, so you can sit and have it at your leisure or eat whilst getting ready. It isn't the best breakfast we'd ever had, a toasty, croissant, cake and biscuits or crackers with orange juice but it did fill us up and we got lots of coffee pods and milk to make coffee in the coffee machine. The bed was comfy & the room clean. However, the furniture is very modern and there is not a lot of storage space so if you are staying more than a few days you might struggle. I personally found the rail very high so used my packing cubes on the two seater stool. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was good but the towels were generally a little tired and thin and probably in need of replacement. We did use the roof terrace for an hour or so at the end of the day. It was a clean, tidy area & the hotel provide towels for the sun loungers. There are canopies to make some shade if required. It was never busy & a nice place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Would we stay here again? The answer is yes. The hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Seville and walking to the sights and all the and the staff are great, a real asset.

Stay here was amazing, clean and spacious even if it was just for one but would be ideal for a couple also. Small kitchenette, with coffe maker, microwave, kettle and sink. Not to far from all the landmarks and sites and right on the doorstep of main shopping street. Pool and terrace on the roof is an added extra especially if u want to relax and enjoy some of the sun or just want to cool off. Only downside, no fault of the hotel was the noise you would here when the cafe opposite would open up and set out the tables and chair's in the morning, i was just unfortunate to have the room that looked onto this. But this wouldnt stop me from returning here, just a little heads up
