Hotel staff was accommodating regarding a significant change to our booking. To correct a problem, the price was reduced and we were given a different, but amazing, room. Our stay was delightful and we would gladly stay there again.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Area is safe and near almost everything. What I didn’t like that the room wasn’t noise canceling and there was ants in my room. I informed the front desk and they immediately changed my room.

The Hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL!! Set in a colonial building. The hotel stays cool and the room’s AC was spectacular to keep you cool from Seville’s heat. Whilst we were there, the temperature was over 100. The location is also amazing, down the block from the cathedral and walkable to all major sights. Laura helped us at the counter and she was great! DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK, you won’t regret it! Btw: they have a very nice rooftop bar overlooking the cathedral. Very nice to go have dinner and/or drinks in the evening.

Very well maintained hotel with a very friendly, professional personnel. Location is very clise to many Seville's historical sights and museums. They offer breakfast to purchase and have a rooftop restaurant in the evening with a gorgeous view of the whole city. I felt that food was average and overpriced. Highly recommend to stay in that hotel.

Hotel is in a good location. We had a room with an external terrace, which is ok if not too hot. No pool but does have a nice roof top bar. Bed comfortable, bathroom good apart from the bidet in front of one of the sinks? Room a bit tired. Breakfast good though coffee was a bit of an issue. Concierge very helpful. Thought it was pricey for what it was.
