Location was great. Across the street from Plaza de EspaƱa. Breakfast was deliciousā€”lots of options. Had connecting rooms. One bathroom the fan was broken and hairdryer broken as well. Could have switched rooms but we had limited time at hotel and did not want to go through the hassle. Thought it was pricey for the condition of room and probably wouldnā€™t stay there again.

Our room was stylish and attractive. The placement of electrical/USB outlets in the bedroom area didn't line up with the placement of the furniture, especially near to the glass counter/work station under the TV screen and next to the night stands alongside the bed. The shower area was unsafe for elderly guests. The floor of the shower stall was extremely slippery. The drain cover was not attached to the drain hole, making it another slip hazard, like a loose hockey puck. The towel bar within the shower area was too high for me (5 ft/152cm) to reach and use as a substitute safety bar, when I did lose my balance. Also, there was black mold growing in the grout of both shower corners, another health issue.

The property was ok, but not really completely happy during our stay there. There was no kettle to make tea or coffee. There was no bathrobe and sleeper for a 4 star hotel. There was no toothbrush & toothpaste either. I donā€™t think I would go back and stay in that hotel. I would not recommend it either to anyone.

Amazing hotel. Overall amenities are in excellent condition. Cleanliness is impeccable and food service is outstandinflg - their burger is to die for! Plaza de Espana is just across the road. Definitely will stay again at Melia Sevilla.

Great stay!
Great location. Across the street from Plaza de EspaƱa. Short walk to the other tourist sites. 20 minute ride to airport. Booked the family room. Separate living room with pullout bed. Clean and breakfast was great, lots of choices. Overall great stay.

The hotel is nice but we chose it based on sauna and facilities (like indoor pool which is advertised on their website). If youā€™re staying here for that, donā€™t. They are not open- just advertised as available. Apparently if you dig deep on hotel.com they specify that (they donā€™t on their website). The manager was nice to have a chat with us and we got vip entry (the day before we left). Usually the price for this is 50-70ā‚¬ and useful if you also wish to have breakfast. We had already paid for breakfast separately so was a bit of a waste as we couldnā€™t eat breakfast twice in the same morning. Itā€™s such a shame and misleading. All in all, we ended up paying too much for a sauna and hot tub which wasnā€™t available +ā‚¬75 to actually go to a proper sauna. Ps: the manager said that the facilities wouldnā€™t actually be free as itā€™s a 3rd party who deals with that.

Had a great stay. They were very welcoming to my 7 month old son. Provided a crib upon arrival and it came with a lovely welcome kit -this made the stay all the more wonderful. Also, was upgraded to a room with a terrace and it was just lovely.
