This hotel is located in the heart of the historic center, very close to the Cathedral and the Plaza Mayor. The nearby high-quality places to eat are countless. The staff is very polite and friendly. It was very easy to leave and pick up the car with the Valet Parking whenever we needed it. As is generally the case in Spain, you will have heating, not air conditioning, so you will likely need to open a window to sleep if, like us, you don't like heating. This hotel was a very good choice.

On our first night of vacation, we stayed at Hotel Fernando III, the staff greeted us with warmth and friendliness. The hotel's location was great, and the area felt walkable and safe. We enjoyed the rooftop bar; the wine selection was delicious, and my husband loved his sangria. Twinkle lights, fire pits, and heaters helped make the surroundings feel cozy. Also, the breakfast offered, although on the pricier side, offered an amazing amount of options, all fresh and delicious. Just to note, my husband found the rooms to be very warm for late November and learned their ventilation system was done. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon.

Wonderful Stay in Seville
We loved our stay at the Hotel Fernando 111. The hotel is less than 10mins walk away from Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar and very handy for many cafes, restaurants and lots of interesting independent shops. Our standard room was comfortable and spacious with a small balcony and a good sized bathroom. The main sitting area near Reception is large and attractive with a fireplace at one end - ideal for meeting friends or sitting for a coffee. The Terrace Bar on the top of the Hotel is lovely. With views across the City it is the perfect place to sit in the sun and relax with a drink or a meal. All the staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing was too much trouble. The cleaning regime was also immaculate.

Great hotel. Staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. Hotel in a great position easy walking to all usual attractions. Surrounded by lots of bars and great restaurants. Food excellent locally without the price hike more centrally albeit only a 5-10 minute walk from La Gibraltar. Would definitely stay again.

The property was in a very convenient location and many of the sights where within walking distance. The rooftop bar was amazing with beautiful views, but we would have liked to have access to it prior to 9:00 am and possibly would have the option to enjoy breakfast there too.

Terrific hotel with amazing staff.
This is a fabulous hotel. Great location but most of all amazing staff. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace is lovely, rooms spacious and bed massive and comfy. Huge lounge. We weren’t thinking of going back to seville as we have been a few times but now we are thinking of going back just to stay in this lovely hotel again.

I was staying here with my daughter over thanksgiving break. This is a nice and clean hotel. The rooms are large, very clean and modern, and the hotel itself is well equipped with a nice functional gym and a small but nice pool on the roof with a bar and snacks conveniently nearby. In terms of location, it's centrally located right in Barrio Santa Cruz. Perfect location for exploring Seville! The price was reasonable, and the service excellent. I would highly recommend this for anyone visiting the area.

Overall quite nice
This hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. However, the central AC was not functioning during our stay due to unusually warm November weather, and the hotel couldn’t switch it back from heating mode. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about this at check-in, which led to an uncomfortably warm room that didn’t cool down. On a positive note, the shower was impressive—spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating overall, but better communication about the AC situation would have improved the experience.
