I had booked 2 rooms and asked for them to be together. We were given one on 3rd and the other on the 5th floor. My room was overlooking a building site and someones back yard where they were drying clothes. I had also told them that we were coming to celebrate my special birthday so please make it special. My special was seeing the building site. The other room was slightly larger overlooking the shop. I was hoping for the hotel to have acknowledged my requests when I booked, but they said they never got any information from Hotels.com

Hotel was tricky to find via car. Google maps wasn't the most accurate through the narrow one way side streets. We arrived early and the reception were able to give us a room straight away. We didnt use the restaurant or hotel bar so can't comment. Overall the location was great, the staff were very helpful and i would stay here again.

Nice centrally located hotel, walking distance from airport bus stop on arrival and next to everything you could possibly need. Anything more than 30 min walk is no problem as tram, bus, scooters, bikes, taxis all there. Staff friendly on check-in and out with good sized clean rooms.

Not recommended, construction ongoing next door
Hotel cleanliness and customer service are excellent. The condition was a major concern due to construction to attached building. The crew started the construction work at 07:00 am with loud banging and sawing noise.

Recently renovated. Best location for Seville. Walking distance to everything. Major bus and tour bus stop 1 min away. Under ground Public parking and shopping across the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful and Breakfast was great. We had a room on top floor with terrace overlooking the city. Did I say best location??
