This hotel was in a great location, close to the Setas, cathedral and Alcazar palace. Check in was quick, staff were pleasant. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There was a water dispenser in reception and a selection of sweets, which was a nice touch. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Disappointing Stay
Unfortunately our room smelled quite bad from sewer fumes which became annoying after the first day of our stay. On the other hand the room was spotless and had nice lighting and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was also very nice with a good variety of items at the buffet. As a Gold Member of Hotels.ca we were told that we would have benefits such as late check out, early check in, room upgrade, etc. but the hotel said that they did not know anything about that. This was not the first time this has happened. It is something that I will take up with Hotels.com

Deluxe Room - Didn’t feel very ‘Deluxe’
Definite positive of the Duluxe room was the really large balcony. It was really spacious with two loungers and a table and chairs. For a Deluxe Room in a 4* hotel, I would expect the room to have some basic amenities. There were no bathrobes, slippers, no coffee machine, just cheap sachet coffee. There was no Iron or ironing board in the room or in the guest directory for request. Water pressure in the shower was just Okay Considering this is their second highest category room the room felt a bit basic.

The first day at the hotel was fine. It’s a basic hotel, nothing special. Room was okay, but waaaaay too hot, we turned off the heat (there’s no a/c), and still was hot. We had to open the windows to air out room, which then made it noisy. Breakfast the first day was average, the 2nd day was sad. Bread was stale, the fruit was not fresh, the hot foods looked like it was leftovers, and there wasn’t water to make coffee. Glad we weren’t staying anymore. I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel was clean & well maintained, staff were very friendly & helpful. The location is busy but very walkable to many tourist sites as well as shopping & many excellent restaurants. Overall a great place to stay in Sevilla!

Clean modern hotel downtown Seville
Modern, clean,.spacious hotel. We had a great time. My wife enjoyed the terrace for the occasional smoke. The decor is simple and modern. It felt recently remodeled. The location was perfect for us.

The staff were lovely and the hotel was clean, stylish and perfectly located. Dry cleaning service was wonderful as was the housekeeping staff. We felt very welcomed by friendly and helpful front desk staff. My only concern was breakfast. It was good but eggs were always cold, bacon was undercooked but overall, a reasonable selection.
