This beautiful suite apartment has high quality construction materials, as well as very high ceilings (about 4 meters high) which gives it a lot of visual amplitude and a space feeling.

The living area is made up of a sofa, which can be converted into a 1.50 x 1.90 bed, several comfortable chairs, a TV and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen.

The sleeping area is made up of two 1.05 x 2.00 beds. In addition, it has a full bathroom, with a marble sink, and a very large and spacious shower.

The area of the apartment is one of the most important in the center of Seville. It is next to the central area of Plaza del Duque and at the same time a few meters from Torneo Avenue, the Plaza de Armas bus station or the Paseo Colon and the River.

The street of the apartment is Calle Liñán, very small and very quiet, however in the surroundings there are numerous tapas bars, restaurants, small shops and supermarkets. Of course, it is very close to all the places of interest in the city: the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Giralda or the Archivo de Indias.

A lovely home visit of sorts
This studio flat feels like coming home. Sevilla is my 2nd home and this place is located perfectly to take advantage of everything I attend and visit. The layout is great and the amenities do just as advertised. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit.

Sevilla - my home away from home visit
After living in Sevilla for a number of years I choose to stay in this particular location. It is perfect to either walk or bike anywhere in the city. And the bus is particularly accessible transport to the airport for only 4.50 The flat was nicely decorated and conveniently laid out. I hope to stay here regularly.
