Had a great stay. Friendly staffs and convenient location. Breakfast buffet was not that superb, thought it’s a little pricey. Wished I hadn’t purchased it because there are many places nearby to grab breakfast. My daughter was not happy that she had to eat at the hotel.

At Seoul station but takes 10-15mins to walk through multiple malls to reach hotel. Near to line 4 and 1. Great shopping at nearby Olive Young and Lotte Mart.

I did not know it was connected from the Seoul station underground. It was very convenient and hotel sent me the directions to message. Checked in was very smooth. No harsh at all. Very friendly, If you are first time in Seoul, Korea, this is the hotel you should stay!

Great Hotel for visiting Seoul. Convenient for using the train. Great communication from the hotel on how to get from Seoul Station to the hotel. Hotel was clean and supplied ear plugs for sleeping as the rail was right next to rail system, they did the job and I slept great!

As a VIP Expedia Platinum member I did not receive any of the VIP benefits, which was very disappointing because that is ghe reason I booked this hotel. Also, the area around Seoul Station is a bit sketchy!
