The hotel is conveniently located with direct connections to the subway and airport train. The staff at the from desk were very helpful and knowledgeable of the city. I liked the friendliness and kindness they showed to me at all times.

Seoul is very congested city and won’t recommend driving anywhere. Little expensive but worth it taking taxi or other public transportation. I had a rental car for three days and won’t do it again.

アクセスがとてもよいホテルです。駅直結とありますが、仁川空港からソウル駅まで来る場合KTXの路線からそのまま来れるわけではないです。12番出口を目指してください。4番線にはすぐです。 朝早く到着して荷物を預かってもらいましたが、チェックインの時間には一度帰って来るように言われました。夜まで預かって部屋に入れておいてくれるというサービスはないです。利用はしていないのですが、洗濯してくれるというサービスもあったので2泊以上の利用には大変便利だと思いました。 すぐ近くにコンビニもありますし、鍵がないと部屋のフロアに行けないためセキュリティもばっちりです。 値段の割には､､､というのが率直な感想です。

My favorite place to stay in Seoul. Location is super convenient near Seoul Station and many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and meet all of my needs with a smile. A special shout-out to Grace who is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is also excellent and a good deal if pre-booked through hotels.com. The restaurant and cafe themselves are very expensive so I don't use those. I have stayed here on several occasions and will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great access to subway and train station
We loved the location and underground access from the hotel to the subway and train station. This was why we had booked the hotel. The one downfall was that we could hear the trains on the tracks throughout the day and night. We were tired enough to sleep through the noise but it wasn’t pleasant to hear.

Stayed 4 nights and absolutely loved it! Incredibly foreigner friendly. Rooms were small but very clean. Front desk was always eager to help the moment we stepped in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had a beautiful view of the skyline. Right when you step outside there’s a CU, Olive Young, coffee bar and Starbucks right across the street. Elevator in the hotel takes you directly to the subway and is the less busier side. We had a train to Busan and it was about a 10 min walk underground to the KTX at Seoul Station. Walking from Lotte Outlets to the hotel can be a bit sketchy as there’s a homeless shelter nearby but that’s just like any other city. That’s why commuting underground was the best and safest route to getting around

If you thought this was near the KTX, Arex or Subway, you are very wrong. Lugging luggage was a waste of time. Facilities are old despite the renovations. And you can hear the trains in the early morning! Not worth the $$$ price per night. I do have to say though that the staff and service was great and perhaps the only saving grace for this hotel and location.
