It is a nice and quiet hotel, away from the busy Gangnam. Alot of eateries around the area. Walkable to the subway station and there is a airport limousine stop nearby.

The location was great for us. The only thing that did not work for me was the soft bed. It woke up with a backache every morning. Next to good malls. Hotel pick up for city and DMZ tours. Great breakfast. Free evening soba! Fantastic staff members. Housekeeping is great. In short, they really take care of their guests.

I loved staying at this hotel. To begin with, my flight was delayed and I ended up checking in the morning after I'd originally intended. But that was no problem for the staff. The room was very clean, with a modern look and feel. I loved that the desk had a built-in power strip that included one 110v outlet -- even though I had brought 220v adapters, having that 110v outlet was very convenient. The power strip on the desk also has an HDMI port so you can plug in an AppleTV or Roku and watch it on the TV. Included with your stay is access to a spa that includes a hot-water and cold-water pool and a sauna. You pay extra for breakfast, but it's a bargain-priced buffet with tasty western and eastern food options. The staff was always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The walk from the Sinnonhyeon subway stop is about 6 blocks, uphill, which can be challenging (esp. in the rain) but good exercise! And it's an easy downhill walk to Gangnam-daero with all its shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Seoul.

Clean and nice hotel. The basement spa is definitely plus. Nice sauna to relax after busy day. Close to 7-eleven and coffee shop. After 9pm, they serve you a nice bowl of noodle soup!
