Almost everything except temperature control is great. They don’t allow individual control of room temperature. We were at 16th floor during the end of November. The room was so hot during night and we had to open windows which didn’t help much. We didn’t get good sleep

No aircon throughout and the room can get quite stuffy on warm days despite late autumn when we are there. Staff explained need a significant number of guests request before they turn on the central aircon.

I've been using this hotel for all my business trips to Korea in 2024. Convenient location. I only have two concerns. The hotel need to set up a shuttle service (or doorman service) from and to the Airport limousine stop. Walking 10 mins with 3 bags and boxes are quite hard in many cases. Also, why there are only 3-4 cleaning services if i am staying almost 2 weeks - I wasn't even given discounts for my stay. I would definitely use this hotel again, however I may look into more convenient options if I find one.

I chose this property because of the reasonable price compared to other hotels closer to the centre of town and was relieved on arrival to see that it was so nice. This hotel is just a few steps from a subway station on Line 4 which affords easy access to Seoul Station and other lines. The area is busy but safe. The hotel itself was very nice indeed and the staff were lovely (they arranged a taxi for us from the cruise port to the hotel when I requested it by email/Experdia message, and also arranged for the taxi to the airport after our stay). We had the breakfast buffet most days and it was good - a mix of Korean and Western, including noodles, fried chicken, bulgogi, soups, cereals. The food was warm rather than hot - everything was in chafing dishes, but the lids were mostly up, with lamps above. There's a dinner buffet only on Saturdays. We really enjoyed our stay at the Arirang Hill Hotel and would recommend it.
