Located in West Sedona, this lovely Sedona Retreat West will let you enjoy the iconic red rock vistas while you are ensconced in a wonderfully appointed vacation accommodation. You will be close Highway 89A, where you'll find numerous shopping, restaurants and access to plenty of activities. The Airport Mesa Trailhead with access to the Airport Mesa Vortex and Loop Trail, Summit Trail, and other trails is just a quick 11-minute walk away!

This home provides single-level living within a spacious 2,445 square feet, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.

You'll enter the home through the front door and into a hallway with the living room and dining area on the left — surrounded by windows and mountain views.

Formal Living Room: The spacious living room has contemporary furnishings including a sectional sofa and the surrounding windows let you enjoy natural light and the views.

Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes GE finger-print resistant stainless-steel appliances, updated granite counter tops and lovely alder cabinetry. The kitchen bar makes prep easy and offers bar seating for three!

Family Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, this room offers comfy seating, a Smart TV with cable, a cozy gas fireplace and the stunning views. There is a wonderful wet bar - great for entertaining – and access to the outdoor patio.

Dining area: This area offers a table with seating for eight.

Office space: includes a desk and office chair for those times you may need to catch up on some work.

Master Bedroom 1— King size bed, Smart TV, mountain views, and the en suite bath offers dual sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower. You will even have access to the backyard.

Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed, Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds (can be put together for a king size bed upon request and a $30 fee) Smart TV, and access to the full shared bathroom.

Enjoy the huge covered patio offering several seating areas where you can sit back and enjoy the stunning views of Thunder Mountain! Take a soak in the hot tub or just enjoy the large, grassed and peaceful fenced-in backyard. Grill up your favorites with the gas BBQ grill and have your meals and drinks outdoors.

Mixed feelings

It’s hard to write a less than stellar review because I know that this is part of someone’s livelihood. However, I have to mention a few of the things about this place. I have stayed in many VRBO‘s in Sedona. You can’t go wrong with views like this. The view from the living room and backyard were fantastic. The home is in a fabulous neighborhood. However, we could not sit in the backyard. There is a constant beeping sound which I was told is a gopher deterrent and could not be turned off. So there was no sitting in the backyard without listening to that sound. We just didn’t do it. We were sold on the property because of the pictures of the backyard. We did enjoy the hot tub. The furnishings are a little bit dated, old and odd. The carpet in the backyard was rolling on the edges and I tripped over it when I did go out there. There was also a lot of broken pottery and old decorations in the backyard that probably should just be thrown out and a fountain that was covered with a plastic garbage bag. A bit of an eyesore. All in all, the stay was not too bad. The beds were fairly comfortable. The kitchen was nice. There was plenty of space but they could use a little bit of work on the backyard.

Great location, great house!

House was perfect for our family vacation. The views from the living room were an awesome way to wake up every morning and drink coffee. Yard and hot tub were great to unwind and enjoy at the end of the day. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property! Extremely clean especially for a place that allows dogs. We brought our 2 small dogs with us. The views from the living room were stunning! Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was relaxing. We would definitely rent this place again!

Awesome family vacation

Beautiful home, well stocked and awesome views. We travelled with family and pets. The yard was perfect for our dogs and fenced in with grass. They loved it. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

A Sedona treat.

This is a lovely property. The pictures on-line were accurate, the kitchen was well equipped. The humming bird feeders made it possible to see many little friends. The location was great both close to great hiking (off of airport road) and to restaurants. It was also very convenient with a grocery store basically just across the street. Highly recommend this property

Magical stay in Sedona

My husband and I had a fabulous time in your cozy spot. We hiked all day and came home to enjoy dinner and the hot tub. Bed was super comfortable and the amenities were great! Great location to get anywhere in town.

Good Location ! Fairly clean house with an outdated alarm system. The house is very comfortable and the rooms and amenities are great. There was dog droppings in the backyard so letting my 2 year old play in the backyard was a no go which was a downer. I wish the management company would have informed us that maintnance personnel frequent the property during the week since there are many large beautiful windows. My wife was surprised to see someone standing at the back door at 7:00 AM. My wife loves to cook and was doing the best she could with the pots / pans that were there. Paper towels and TP are poor quality - so all in all the house is beautiful and views are amazing. I feel it was slightly over priced due to things not related to the house itself.

Perfection!!

Family trip with our two adult children and their spouse and a fiance (as of this trip). This home was fantastic. The location was perfect and the home was very accommodating. We did wish the fireplace emitted more warmth on the patio but we made it work. The hot tub looked in the photos like it's further from the house than it was so we were super happy about that. Thank you for allowing our stay. It was incredible!!!

Comfortable and Great Neighborhood

Stayed with family while visiting Sedona. Very comfortable and clean. We loved having the beautiful backyard for relaxing and grilling after a day of hiking. Some of our group made use of the hot tub and found it to be perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Great view.

AMAZING SEDONA HOUSE

The house was great. SO spacious! The kitchen was huge and the outdoor area was filled with hummingbirds, robins and Orioles. The hot tub felt great after long hikes. Oh . . . and the view out the back of the house! Gorgeous!

Location location location.

We arrived after dark and waking up in Sedona West is definitely a treat. The views from the home are spectacular. It has great common space, kitchen and family room, and gathering areas and the bedrooms are all great sizes. Very comfortable for our extended family. The front living room has views of the sunset and thunder mountain. Just breathtaking. Saguaros are not common in Sedona because they do not thrive there weather wise. Well, the one in the front yard is beautiful and must be well cared for to survive in Sedona. That is how the entire home is cared for. Would rent here again without a doubt. I’ll be back Sedona. Won’t ever forget this trip.

Great place to stay in sedona

The house was very clean and just as described. The house is well equipped and everything worked properly. The hot tub, reclining couches and fireplace made our stay cozy and comfortable. Views from the property were outstanding. We only slept in the main bedroom and that bed was too firm for our liking but not terrible. It could use better pillows as me and my husband thought they were uncomfortable. Main bedroom bath floor could use some bath rugs as the tile floor was very cold. The carpeting has seen better days and should be replaced. It would have been nice if management would have sent someone over to shovel walkways and clear off hot tub, etc. It was quite a snow storm while we were there and we didn’t have access to a snow shovel or anything to clear snow. Over all it was a great place to stay and I would stay here again. Lovely outdoor space with fenced yard in a nice quite neighborhood close to everything.

Great place, great view.

We had an issue with the BBQ the first night, had to go out and buy a lighter as the sparker was not firing. Also, there is only cable TV in the living room, not in the bedroom. Other than that, it was a great base - close to stores, restaurants, etc.
