Over 1000 square feet of relaxing, well-equipped perfection nestled at the base of the Pike Place Market, across the street from the Seattle waterfront, the Aquarium, and Pier 62. Finished in a décor reminiscent of Seattle’s early days, with red-bricked wall, dark wood floors, and subway-tiled bathroom. Be greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine.

Start the day sipping a fresh cup of coffee on the terrace while gazing upon Seattle’s waterfront as it comes alive. Take the stairs (or the elevator) up to Pike Place Market, the nation’s oldest continuously operated public farmers’ market, to take in the fascinating commotion of open-air commerce. Sample fresh-baked bread, pastries or piroshky; sample locally produced cheeses; or peruse an unmatched selection of fresh seafood.

This property is family owned and run by my husband and I. Our mission is to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal. Why pay more to stay at an ordinary hotel when you can relax in a central location while enjoying modern comforts and amenities in a slightly nostalgic Old Seattle setting. The local waterfront national chain hotel's rates for a standard hotel room start at $255/night in the winter $465/night in the summer and parking is on average $40/day additional cost.

Living Room: Open and sunny, with large windows facing south and west, comfortable leather couch and chairs

Kitchen: Modern, with Kitchen Aid stainless appliances, gas oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, soapstone countertops, large island for entertaining and plenty of cookware and dishware to service 8 people. Full size front loading Washer & Dryer (Detergent & Fabric Softner Provided).

Bedroom: Features a Comfortable King Size Bed, Modern rustic furniture, French doors opening to living room area with Privacy Curtains. Extra pull out Queen size Murphy Cabinet Bed in the Living Room with a comfortable Tempurpedic Mattress.

Bathroom: Early metropolitan subway tile décor, Huge jetted tub with shower, soapstone-covered vanity and Large walk-in closet. The Sink and Toilet area are separate from the Shower/Tub by pocket doors. This makes it easier if you have more than one person getting ready at a time.

Entertainment: 55” flat panel Smart TV on swivel mount, Free Sling & Roku and high speed internet. (Log in with your own passcodes to watch Netflix, Hulu, HBO or others)

Outdoor Features: Comfortable Private Terrace, with Dining table & Chairs, viewing the Water, Seattle Aquarium, The Ferris Wheel and Pier 62!

As of 2016, we now have a Portable AC Vent located in the Living Room for our Portable Air Conditioner. One of the positive points to having the building exterior re-done! (Almost NO Buildings, Less than 5% in Seattle have Central Air Conditioning) So, we are one of the Lucky Ones!

Also be aware that this is an urban environment. In any Urban Core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Parking: (2) private parking spaces in under-building garage. Tandem Spaces. Garage Door Height is 6' 6".

Transportation: Bus stop around the corner, Ferry just 5 blocks south, cruise ship terminal only 2 blocks north, Marina across the street, and taxi stations just ½ block north. Also, the Light rail is just 4 blocks East on the corner of 3rd and Pine. We don't even rent a car anymore. We just take the Light rail from the Airport to Westlake Union Station. Then walk four blocks to the condo. It takes about 40 minutes to get to or from the airport to West Lake Union Station. Cost is about $3.00 each way per person.

Attractions: Myrtle Edwards Park (waterfront path great for walks, jogging or a nice bike ride), cruise ship terminal, or attractions along the Waterfront. Seattle’s finest restaurants, bars & cafes(over 700) are less than a 5 minute walk from condo. Walk, cycle, or drive onto a ferry to Bremerton, Vashon Island, West Seattle or Bainbridge Island.

Approx. 15 minute walk to Safeco & Century Link Stadiums(Exactly 1.1miles)

We are located just down the steps from Pike Place Market. Take advantage of the $806 Million Dollar beautification upgrade to the Seattle Waterfront & Pike Place Market which began in 2010 and completion to be Spring of 2025! There is an Elevator in the Parking Garage just South of our Building.(Just walk in and go to the far left corner. You'll see it there.)

Great location
Property is beautiful and VERY close to most touristy things you may want to do in Seattle. Host is very communicative with clear instructions and very patient with me and my questions. This property is perfect for a family of 4. Instacart and Doordash are easily delivered if you need groceries. The property is super quiet, we only saw one resident our whole stay. However, if road noise bothers you, you should probably reconsider a city stay anywhere. With the new road construction there is a stop light that does shine directly in the upper windows of the living room, but not enough to disturb us, just keep that in mind. This condo is stunning with all of the amenities of home. We were able to do our laundry in unit, which was helpful and very convenient and even able to cook our family's traditional New Years Eve and Day meals easily. And if you forget anything at home, its more than likely there for you.Thank you to our hosts.

Lovely stay at the waterfront
My husband and I stayed for a few days. Great location right across from Pikes market. The place was very well stocked with everything you need. The check-in instructions were very detailed. The property owner was very nice and available for questions and sent a list of places to visit which were awesome.

Amazing place and location
Best place we have stayed at in a long time. Jeri was very accessible and provided us with places to eat and visit. Great location next to aquarium and on the waterfront. We felt very safe in the condo and all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were wonderful! I often have problems sleeping due to hard mattresses and uncomfortable pillows, but not here. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were close to restaurants/groceries at pikes market. Loved the place! I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely return.

Amazing stay on the waterfront in Seattle
This condo is amazingly decorated with a real Seattle feel. Super clean and comfortable accommodations. Bathroom and kitchen were amazing and the bed was comfy. Perfect location to easily get to the main sights in the city. Literally across the street from the waterfront fun and 70 steps outside the building brought us right up behind Pike Place Public Market. There certainly was urban noise, including being very close to the train tracks just as Jeri states in her listing but we live in the quiet suburbs and had no trouble acclimating and noise didn't wake or bother us. Pictures show exactly what you get, except for the view from the living room being different with an off ramp blocking the view from the living room windows. We LOVED the location and the view and any traffic from the new traffic pattern were not a problem at all for us, although we did not sit out on the nice patio. The building has superb security and the hostess Jeri went above and beyond leaving a welcome bottle of wine and calling to check in and welcome us. You made us feel special. We will be back if we ever stay in Seattle again! Thank you so much <3

Great couples stay!
Loved this rental property. The space was comfortable and cozy and the location was ideal for us to walk and explore Seattle! We were also able to use the extra space (desk, dining table) to work remotely during our stay and the French doors to the bedroom made it easy for both of us to take calls at the same time. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Perfect location for cruise ships
It was a wonderful stay! We stayed there after a week in Alaska, for 2 nights pre 7 day cruise, so that we could wash our clothes in between. I had no idea how PERFECT the location was for our cruise! We checked out at the office and walked across the street to check in for our curise! We were close to everything I wanted to do- Bill Speidels underground tour, the Great Wheel, Pikes Market etc! We walked to everything! Wished the balcony had a view, but it didn't. The waterfront is just the location discription, not the view. Other than that, this was a perfect stay!

We came for the weekend to do some sightseeing and to watch a baseball game. The condo is right on the wharf and right behind the condo is pikes market. Great location for doing all kinds of things. The condo is fully equipped and was set up perfect for two couples.

Week-long stay in Seattle
We loved the location of this vrbo! Being right on the pier allowed us to see and easily access all the things we wanted to do either on foot or by scooter. There is a free waterfront shuttle that stops right outside the condo that we used to go to T-Mobile Field. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked with the things we needed. There were three beautiful bouquets from Pikes waiting for us when we arrived! The beds were both very comfortable, and my daughter slept on the couch, which worked well for her. We visited Pike's place nearly every day, and we prepared crab and fish easily at the condo. The giant crabpot was a plus! I appreciated the availability of tide pods to do laundry! We did all kinds of touristy things and found the location to be excellent! The host was easy to contact and very helpful upon arrival when I was confused about where to check in. We felt safe and secure in this location with our kids! We had a blast.

Amazing place in an AMAZING Location
The condo is in a prime location to see the sights by feet… we were able to walk to space needle, Pikes Market, Pioneer Square, take a ferry to West Seattle and the to a Mariners game in one day and see the sun set on the sound on the way back. Condo is quiet, clean, and well appointed. Communication was great and it was safe.

Outstanding property!
This unit is one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well stocked with anything a renter could want. Communications were timely, clear, and helpful. Jeri should teach a master class in vacation rentals—she and this wonderful condo made our stay in Seattle amazing.
