Garage is offered for long distance travel, and highspeed internet is perfectly for WFH needs.

The Space:
This is a 3-bedroom mordern townhouse, sparkling clean, light-filled and tastefully staged throughout.

On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom with 1 double bed, memory foam mattress, blackout curtain and closet w/hangers
- Walk out the bedroom from sliding door to enjoy a fully fenced front yard
- 2 hours free parking on street, first come first serve, perfect for your drop off or pick up
- With a 96 walk score, plus a 1 car garage for a compact-mid size car

On the 2nd floor:
- Open flow and chic designed, high ceiling with lots of nature lights
- Fully stocked kitchen with appliances, cookware, silverware, basic ondiments, coffee & tea, baking sheets, salad bowl and wine glasses!

Other Things to Note:
-The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests, who can comfortably stay in the house. Additional guest fees are $45 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate the correct number of guests on your reservation.

- We love animals, but this house is not ready to open to our fury friends yet.

- Garbage service date will be Friday. If you are staying on Thursday night, we are highly appreciated that you could take the bins out on the street.

- All guests must verify their identify with Airbnb by submitting a government ID and provide at least two forms of communication (e.g. phone and email)

- For security purpose, two exterior cameras in place. One is covering the garage entrance and one is covering the front door entrance. No cameras in any private spaces.

- For parking, street parking is pretty competitive, 2 hours free, first come first serve. Please make sure to move your car after 2 hours to avoid tickets. We also offer one car garage, good for compact-mid size car. Garage is located in the back side of the townhome and door can be opened inside. There is also a parking lot right in front of the building. If you have multiple cars or need space for a larger car, you can use the parking lot to park.

Aloha. Short Stay.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and the owner was very responsive. Here are a few positives from our stay and suggestions for improvements: Positives: 1. Location. The location was perfect because we were here to visit our daughter at SU. 2. Spices. Lots of spices to assist with our cooking. We truly appreciate that. 3 Parking. The location had a one-covered stall in the rear of the property which helped mitigate the challenges of street parking. Improves: 1. Parking. It was just a hassle to enter and leave the property. Opening and closing the garage door is from inside the property, so when you leave, you would drive out of the garage, leave the car running, close the garage, close the house, and then walk around the building to the car. To enter the garage, it is the same process in reverse. I recommend giving the code to the outside garage door box. 2. Kitchen cookware. There are not many pots or pans, and the one pot and one pan in the kitchen are not Teflon. I recommend having a few durable pots and pans and holding clients responsible for missing items when they depart. 3. Internet. The Internet was very unreliable (dropping off about every 10 mins when watching television). On our last day, the internet (watching YouTube) was fine. Great location and lots of room
We had a great time for the very short time we were there. Very clean. Nice neighborhood within walking distance to places to eat. The only complaint is that it was very warm and air conditioning would have been great. But I realize Seattle usually isn't normally that warm. That's the only reason for the four star rating. There were fans so that was great.

Not thrill on capital Hill.
The showers did not drain. There was no shower soap so we had to use the bag of soap for refills under the sink. The kitchen room was not particularly well equipped. No cloth napkins. The dining table is cheap and seats only 4 but u advertise 7. You asked us to do laundry and take out garbage! We reached out multiple times to inquire about an extra day and never got a reply. Not once. We were told we had to check in at 4pm but the place was empty and clean at noon. And when we inquired we received no response. I thought overall it was a great location but a cheap property for the money we paid and with bargain basement furnishings. It worked but I wouldn’t say it was close to five star. I paid for it and was disappointed overall. And I was a bit put out that you asked us th clean the place and do laundry. That’s why you have cleaners you pay. And no broom!!! Paul Wheeler.

perfect property for weekend in Seattle!
I brought my tween and a friend up for some weekend fun in Seattle. We loved this house - it was perfect for us. I highly recommend it. It was easy access to everything and perfectly stocked for anything we needed. This was not an issue for us as my son and his friend loved having 2 beds in the same room that were not bunk beds, but the 3rd bedroom is on the first floor - not optimal if you need 2 additional bedrooms for kids that want to be near you - for us it was perfect.

Good choice
Clean, check in easy. Steps to go into property if anyone has issues. It had snowed and steps were very icy the three days we were there. Three levels also inside so if you don't want to take stairs you should be aware of this. Small living room which is challenging if you have more than 4 people. Overall, we loved the location. Couldn't be beat. Quiet, nice neighborhood close to restaurants, etc. Easy to walk downtown.
