Guest Access:
The entire townhome is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. No contact self check-in and out.
Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM.
Other Things to Note:
-The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests, who can comfortably stay in the house. Additional guest fees are $45 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate the correct number of guests on your reservation.
- We love animals, but this house is not ready to open to our fury friends yet.
- Garbage service date will be Friday. If you are staying on Thursday night, we are highly appreciated that you could take the bins out on the street.
- All guests must verify their identify with Airbnb by submitting a government ID and provide at least two forms of communication (e.g. phone and email)
- For security purpose, two exterior cameras in place. One is covering the garage entrance and one is covering the front door entrance. No cameras in any private spaces.
- For parking, street parking is pretty competitive, 2 hours free, first come first serve. Please make sure to move your car after 2 hours to avoid tickets. We also offer one car garage, good for compact-mid size car. Garage is located in the back side of the townhome and door can be opened inside. There is also a parking lot right in front of the building. If you have multiple cars or need space for a larger car, you can use the parking lot to park.
