One of the cheapest hotel options in the greater Seattle area, very close to a mall, eating and shopping spots in Kirkland. However, the hotel is mostly occupied by locals (I hope you know what this means) and most, if not all, of the rooms are smoking rooms. I changed my room twice before I could find a suitable room. They claim to collect deposits from occupants to clean up rooms but the rooms are in awful conditions because of the smoke residue on the walls.

All of the staff are very friendly. Its an older property but it was renovated in the past couple or so years. Room was clean. The mattress on the smaller bed needs replaced. We had keycard issues which caused us having to go get it fixed (several times in a row). The keys wpuld work for 2 days and rhen stop dor no reason amd it would take 4 trips down to the office to get it fixed. Other than that a good stay.

I’ve become accustomed to motel 6 and after not staying at one for a while remember quickly what they are like. Hard surfaces all around make them easy to clean and feel clean. On the down side, noise echoes through the room. People walk past the door all not long and they voices carry through the thin walls from outside. Low priced room at the expense of no refrigerator, no coffee maker, and no iron. You get what you pay for, so if you don’t need the extras and don’t mind the noise it’s a pretty decent deal.

There is no specific area for smokers, so all the rooms smelled of cigarettes until I entered the room. During the early hours of the morning, several teenagers were shouting and making a lot of noise. The lights outside the room were bright and the curtains were short, so the room was very bright because the curtains did not cover the entire window to prevent light from entering.

It is great value for the price. Its obviously not a 5 star hotel, but the staff make sure you are comfortable. It is clean and comfortable. They have decent parking overall (some room areas have extremely limited parking).

The staff we encountered were all super nice. There were no homeless/drug addicts all around like the other hotel we were at. The price is great for the quality. The only issue we had with this room was that the sink drained really slow.

Property wasn’t too bad. Definitely room was dark and a bit depressing. No hair dryer or shampoos provided. Other guests staying here seemed abit shady. Guest was letting his giant dog roam around the parking lot without a leash. Did not feel safe and wouldn’t recommend.
