Great location, friendly staff. Hotel room was clean. Though the reason for the four stars is the cleaning policy. There is not daily housekeeping except by request. This is provided on the information page I was given after I checked in to the room. The "not daily" part resulted in no cleaning until day five of my stay. My mistake for assuming the cleaning would have been every other day, or every three days. This wasn't upsetting but certainly surprising. My room was on the monorail side but high enough that the noise wasn't a bother. All the front end staff were friendly and attentive. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in town.

We stayed here with our 3 kids for a long weekend. I would definitely stay here again. The room was comfortable, clean, well appointed, spacious. The property was very nice, and breakfast was good. Great location.

One of the major things I liked about this hotel was the close proximity it had to the space Needle and the chihuly garden. We chose to get a ride from the airport to the hotel because Hyatt does charge for parking and there is minimal street parking around the premises. Overall our experience was great, the morning breakfast had many options and everything seemed fresh. The staff seem helpful and the facility was clean even though there was construction next to the main lobby. I was really looking forward to having dinner at the bar but the night we chose to go downstairs they said there was a conference going on and then eventually the restaurant never opened, the following day the restaurant was open but it was too loud with construction to even enjoy the meal. The rooftop patio was pretty empty and nothing much to do up there besides look at the views.

Big room with 2 beds and a pull out couch. Only problem we had was the pull out couch was not comfy at all!!! The springs and bars were felt all night :(

The Hyatt House is a great location if you wanna stay downtown. Or stay downtown with dogs. They were very accommodating. The rooms and hotel right now are undergoing a renovation, so I wld comment on the dated rooms and chairs, tables etc. But those should be better soon I think. Great staff and location make up for this though.

Only problem is the parking. I have to park first in a public parking then asked about it during check in. The receptionist was not at all very helpful, handed me just a flyer and a brief description of what to do and did not elaborate even I told him it was my first time in the your hotel and was confused about the area to park.

Perfect location. The views of the Space Needle was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was my family's favorite. Would highly recommend.
