Great location/clean room near all places and walkable to pike place. Very quiet room with coffee maker. The bell man was so nice and bring all my luggage’s to my room. He was very polite. The front desk gentle was nice, but chatting to other staff & I did not feel he wanted to help me so much when I asked about the recommendations of the restaurant. I just wish i could feel taken care of a little more.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and our room was ready ahead of check in time. Room was spacious and very modern, clean ,comfortable and luxurious.We took the light rail from the airport and back again for our flight home and it was conveniently located only a block and a half from Hotel Theodore.It is also located only a few blocks from Pike Place Market and lots of options for dining. Would definitely stay here again.

I reserved a room with two beds and when I got there it was given to someone else and instead was given a room with a bed and pull out couch. They said they were fully booked so they couldn't change it. It appalls me that they think its ok to just give away the room that you have reserved especially when it was already paid for! Will not stay there again.

This is a beautiful property & I enjoyed my stay in downtown Seattle, although I chose not to venture out after speaking with the desk clerk…the restaurant & coffee shop were both excellent, & staying on the 20th floor was fun.
