We always stay at the Fairfield when in Seattle. We like the rooms with the city view of the Space Needle. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is excellent.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Check in was easy and quick. However, the parking was a bit tricky. We couldn't find the entrance to the parking garage and our room had nail clippings and hair on the floor and restroom.

Our room 325, had multiple problems. Vanity lights didn’t turn on and when we notified someone, they said that bulbs were “on order.” AC wasn’t running correctly. It would come on randomly even when below the desired temp. Also, turning it off at the wall control had no effect. Sunday morning water only got lukewarm even at 7:30am. Water was hotter on Monday & Tuesday. Breakfast area was crowded and obnoxious every morning. Too small a place for so many guests

It was great. Our room location (next to elevator) was not ideal due to people Coming in and out of the elevator . There was also a garbage truck picking up garbage behind the building before 6 am. We didn’t get great sleep.
