Jorge, Faith, Roiti & Precious make the stay like a home away from home and they are so professional. Very clean hotel. I wish the breakfast included fruit and Juice but that would be adding perfection to a perfect place.

I stayed at Ramada and motel Auburn, then Bellevue lake washing hotel finally I came to extended stay I want Jorge, Faith, Roiti and Precious to write up adoption papers and make me their Uncle they made me feel at home. They use some lemon floor cleaner the place always smells so fresh and clean.

Full kitchen, washing and drying facilities all working exllent I stay at Ramada nearby with no washing facilities so this was so amazing and convenient. The front desk staff and manager really make the hotel top notch.

The grounds are well kept, the inside is always clean, the cleaning staff is excellent and I can’t say enough about the manager and front desk team. Jorge, Faith, Roiti and Precious are both professional and treat clients like family.

I have met seen so much parking all close to entrances. Excellent I do wish they had juice and bananas included with breakfast, but the staff makes up for that. Front desk and cleaning staff so Amazing.

I have never stayed in a pet friendly hotel, it was nice to see the pets and people enjoying. Very quiet parking lot. Staff is the best in the last 8 countries they rank number one. The cleaning staff reall work hard.

Most of all the amazing Staff, Jorge, Faith, Roiti and Precious hands down best hospitality everrrr. I travel around the world their professionalism is amazing. Very clean with lemon fresh small the use to clean the floors so nice.

This room was not the most appealing room…. Let’s just say that. There were holes in the recliner , holes in the window screens, a lot of the furniture was damaged including the bed frame. Would not stay here again.

I reserved a room through Hotels App and when I got there, they didn’t have any rooms. All I was told was they didn’t know what happened and they had no other rooms. Not sure if my refund is going to go back. It was 1130pm when I was checking in and I had no where else to go.

Great staff ❤️

The rooms were roomy,clean and bed comfortable. Our first room a/c was not working,fan only. They accommodate us immediatly to a room with functioning a/c.the hotel is a smoke -free facility but rule not enforced as cigarette and cannabis smke filled the hall and creeped into rooms. The staff were amazing and professional. I would suggest additional doggy deposit on campus as there is only one. It was so convinced to have Startbuck so near,nearly outback. Breakfast foods high carbonated. No safe for diabetics. More like snack foods.Nice restaurants out and about or bring your own.
