Clean and mostly comfortable hotel. Fantastic saltwater pool. Beds were not comfortable, though. Linens were great, mattress was awful.

Food has below standard quality. The waffle and pancake are hard as a stone. Food taste is very bland. Very few selections of food. We reserved for 4 people, yet the towels are only good for 4.Rooms are not maintained. The cost of the stay is way more than the service plus the fact that you have to pay for the parking

One of the bests!
By far, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The beds were amazing! So clean and up to date. Staff was always welcoming… we have a large family so we stayed in the two bedroom suite (324). A perfect room for large groups and love that it had two full bathrooms. Staff wasn’t bothered that we asked for more pillows and blankets. They were always pleasant and very welcoming. Breakfast options were great and actually delicious. Outdoor seating with fire pits. So spacious and again very clean! While our room was just a little pricey (400/night) it was so worth it. Hands down, they definitely gets a 10/10. I have nothing bad to say and could go on about how great it is. Just know, whether it’s a business trip or family trip this place will meet all your needs.

Nice hotel. Not relaxing though.
Overall hotel was good, but not so good for couple. Hotel states adult only swim from 9-10. This is not enforced and parents don’t make their kids get out, or for that matter even stay in the pool area to watch their kids. Most obnoxious kids I’ve seen. Little kids were playing in gym with no adults. Hotel was nice and clean, just doesn’t follow or enforce its own policies. Rooms are nice. Bar was nice. Outdoor seating area was nice. Couple large families showed up and got loud quickly. Overall we liked hotel. Just wished they enforced their rules. We don’t expect to not have kids around, just if they enforced policies would still give both adult time and kid time.

Front desk clerk (Tai) was great. She was friendly, courteous and made us feel welcomed. The hotel was close to the shopping mall and other eateries/restaurants. It was easily accessible to the freeways/roadways we needed to get to. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to everyone. 5 out of 5 stars!

First day we checked in very late so we didn’t get the correct room type as we booked by Tai or Tia (female front desk) in morning shift is very helpful, kind and sweet. She helped to find new room and always have her sweet smile on her face. The gym and pool are nice and clean. Love the detail of lighting. Also laundry facilities are convenient. There are hot tea service during weekday from 6:30- 8:30 pm
