The stay began optimistically, we spoke with Heather who was simply amazing and so kind. We got our cookies and water bottles and dropped our things off in our room. This trip was a spur of the moment trip for our anniversary and so I quickly researched hotels in the area and this one seemed decent enough when we booked. Pros: It’s very quiet, and honestly a large property. The room was clean and had no smells We enjoyed that parking was plentiful Cons: The bed was uncomfortable and painful to sleep in. My husband and I were both up at least 4-5 times and tossed and turned in between wake ups The pillows are small and cheap. You go to lay down on them and they flatten to almost nothing. The refrigerator dripped water all over my food causing me to toss the whole container which was very disappointing. I wouldn’t list the breakfast as a pro or a con. It’s a standard free breakfast with eggs stuffed with processed cheese, crispy hash browns, sausage, waffles, French toast, various breads for toasting, several cereal options, apples and oranges, yogurts, boiled eggs, and string cheese. I would not come back here or recommend anyone to stay since it’s one purpose, being a place to sleep, was not fulfilled.

Clean comfortable and super convenient to my family. Our only negative was during breakfast. It was an excellent breakfast for hotel food. However we witnessed numerous days of attitude issues w employees. I know they were working hard, but we felt very rushed on the 930 mornings over holidays. They literally removed waffle mix while there was a line to make waffles and wouldn’t refill things if it was too close to end time. Such as juice machine and milk to make cereal. The commented we close at 930 and it’s 930. I get that they want to be done but it’s only a 3 hour breakfast time and a few minutes grace would be nice. It was different people different days. The hotel was full of families over holidays vs business people and travelers trying to get on the road. Kids literally couldn’t get food because they came at 925.

It was easier to find and very quiet which really serve the purposes as we came there a night for a restfull sleep. We were disappointed by the in room maid service, our beds were not properly made each morning and the maids did not do any cleaning in the bathroom except replacing the towels. The customers services employees were friendly and welcoming.
