The staff was wonderful especially Tyler the manager who made my night when I checked in after a very long drive from Philadelphia. The pub in the hotel had great food and the bartender knows how to make a perfect drink!!! The rooms are comfy warm cozy beds quiet love this hotel!!!

I usually rate this hotel as a 5 star but disappointed with the night clerk put me as a no show because we didn’t actually get there until 2AM . But I booked for 2 nights he shouldn’t have not put me as a no show because I also paid now with Expedia not on arrival.

Great stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel valued. Quiet area, quiet hotel and overall comfortable. Cleanliness was great, no issues with the room. Needed a few things brought to my room and they were received within a minute of me calling. Go to spot for my business trips.

Not Hilton Standard At All
We asked for a handicapped room due to my husband having a broken leg and using crutches. The desk clerk was able to accommodate us upon check in. There was a tub and my husband could not step into it to take a shower so it was not ADA assessible. There was mold on the shower walls and tub floor. We asked for maid service each day of our 4-day/3 night stay. Housekeeping came only once and made the bed and changed out towels. They did not empty the trash cans, did not replenish the coffee supplies, and did not refill toilet paper. The floor under the beds were disgusting and had not been vacuumed in a very long time. There was no working fan in the bath room and after any shower or sink use it left the room humid. The room had a constant smells of mildew and wet dog. The pillows were musty. The A/C unit did not circulate any air. The engineer came up on day 2 to check the A/C output and the unit vent registered cold but the cold air did not blow into the room. And to top it off, the morning we left, we found a couple of black bugs on the bed. They were NOT bedbugs but I'm sure the damp room attracted these creatures.
