The secluded location of this holiday home, on a hilltop near Sayalonga, ensures some relaxing holidays in the most amazing setting you can wish for. From the outdoor area, you will rejoice in the views of the surrounding hills dotted with white spots that smoothly descend into the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. This provides a great amount of relaxation, which will help you unwind and make the most of your holidays.

The main floor, which is accessible from the outdoor via a staircase, welcomes a cosy dining-living room with a fireplace located on a stone wall, warm/cool air-con and a fully equipped open kitchen. Picturesque brick arches separate the kitchen from the living space. The three bedrooms of this floor all feature warm/cool air-con: one bedroom is provided with a double bed and two with two twin beds. The six guests that will stay on this floor also have a bathroom with a shower and a spacious bathtub at their disposal.

Downstairs, there are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, in addition to a bathroom with shower. A spacious dining-living room with a galley corner completes the layout of the ground floor; this room is also available for less than six people, whereas the two bedrooms and bathroom of this floor are open only when a group of 6+ people rents the property.

The porch of the villa welcomes a pool table, a ping-pong table and a soccer table, as well as a space for “al fresco” dining and a chill-out area. Several sun loungers are located between the porch and the fence that separates the house from the surrounding nature. Next to the porch, a fabulous private pool, which adds the exact amount of charm to the splendid setting of the villa. An outdoor toilet and a covered BBQ complete the amenities.

Incredible views
We had a fantastic 8 day at this property easter 2023. The villa was immaculate well stocked and perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. Much of our time was spent just admiring the location and incredible views from various spots in the villa. It is quite a way from civilisation and requires a good vehicle capable of carrying large amounts of supplies as its not a quick nip to the local shops🤣🤣 Its a worthwhile trip thoigh for a great property at a great price
