One night in Savannah. This hotel is right on the river, a short walk to River front shops and restaurants. Nice roof top pool. Large room.

Our room was on the 8th floor.With the bathroom fan off there still was fan noise coming out of the bathroom.We even had the ac unit off. Once I woke up in the middle of the night i couldn't get back to sleep. I just focused on that noise.

Convenient for access to River Street. Nice breakfast in the morning and all day coffee/tea is available. On the last day the restrooms in the public areas were not clean/tidy and lacking essentials. Rooftop pool/bar area is great for relaxation.

Just wanted to let you know, towels should be replaced. They’re so rough (like sandpaper) they actually made my husbands skin bleed when he dried himself. We are in our 40’s so not a thin skin issue they’re just rough. Only other opinion would be more pillows as they are flat. Parking should be included or at least allow to park yourself and not pay $45 a day.

It was everything I imagined. Valet Parking, Front Desk Professional staff. Couldn't understand the housekeeper staff but they got the job done meaning they understood me. Courteous Breakfast was delicious and staff super helpful and friendly.

Was at property because of Florida hurricane. Came in about 2 pm., dragging a bunch of stuff and my dog and was told I'd have to pay $25 if I wanted a room before the official 4 p.m. check-in time. This seems really cheesy and inhospitable to me. I spent the $25, but I resented it. Everyone I mentioned it to agreed that it was a very low-rent thing that your company did. PS, I'm 75, so a little kindness would have been appreciated.

Beautiful hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved the decor. Rooftop bar was nice - even had a DJ! Breakfast was good. Loved the convenience of all the shops/restaurants within a short walking distance. Would definitely come back!
