Very clean property and room. I was greeted by who I believe was Alain and he was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were good. I had been travelling for 4 days and this was my best sleep of every hotel I stayed in. Would definitely recommend this little roadside motel to anyone I know travelling this way! The room didn’t have Kleenex; I think that should be an addition. Also, it would be great to provide guests with a coffee option that isn’t instant. A simple “pod” style coffee machine would go a long way for guests who have to depart before anything is open. Last, as a pet friendly accommodation it would be an amazing addition to provide rooms with just a couple dog poop bags for convenience. Sometimes travelling is stressful and we forget that we’ve used the last one already that day! Thank you for the great accommodations, it’s a very quiet place, and extremely clean. Well taken care of!

When we arrived the reservation was ready for us and clear instructions were given about access to the room and wifi. Also when I had to return after leaving my favourite hat behind, Paul was ready with my cap in hand to turn out to me with a smile on his face. Not a fancy place, but clean, accessible, quiet and with helpful staff. We often pass through Sault Ste. Marie, and we will be sure to stop in again.

Very clean neat room which was on the small side. Great price on the hwy. No overhead light in room and just 2 small table lamps. Difficult check in because staff was unfamiliar with Expedia bookings. Unexpected 100 dollar deposit.
