On 11/13-11/14/24 I found the Hotel very dirty, especially the eating area. The garbage can was filthy x both days. The eating tables were not wiped off, and there was only coffee in the am, not throughout the day and no creamers. Something was spilled in an elevator and finally only partially wiped. It was very different than usual. But: My room and maid service was great!

We enjoyed our experience with this hotel! The bathroom could have been bigger with better ventilation. The pool area and hot tub could have been updated but overall excellent experience!

I really liked the hotel. The breakfast was pretty standard but the staff was very polite and the room was comfortable. I'd have preferred the sink to be inside the bathroom and for a door to separate the bedroom from the lounge area but otherwise no complaints. We used this as a home base to visit Cooperstown, the Diamond Mines and of course, Saratoga Battlefield.
