The hotel was nice. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. My only complaints are: better pillows, a warmer pool, and more outlets.

My room was dirty, smelly and dated. The washroom was disgusting. Both the sink and tub would not drain properly. The pool was reeking of chlorine and floors near the gym and pool were mopped with stinky mop and smelled awful

The walls are paper thin.

The service was lovely. The rooms were clean. The walls were so thin we could hear the conversations of our neighbors when they checked in at 2am with their crying baby and several children. The shower dribbled lukewarm water, it had no pressure. The pool was a bit chilly, but the hot tub worked.
