On the side of the cottage you will discover a stairway leading to this recently remodeled one bedroom apartment completely private and independent of the rest of the house. The fantastic deck has a BBQ grill, table, 2 chairs and an umbrella to enjoy meals and 2 extra conversation rockers. The comfy interior has a full kitchen stocked with everything you could need. The dining area is next to the large sliding doors creating the feeling of being outdoors. Sit and relax in the living area on a fun bean bag or full size couch and watch the 50 inch smart TV. The bedroom suite has a queen bed with quality linens and full bath with shower. There is also a window air conditioner to keep extra cool. The beach access is steps away and St Armand's is a quick walk. The location can't be beat. It's the perfect little beach get-away!

A Perfect Place
For two great weeks, my wife and I stayed at this wonderful property. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed several evenings grilling on the large deck and appreciating the nice weather. Our little dog also loved relaxing on the deck and playing with the available toys. The neighborhood was quiet and less than a block from the beach, a short walk to St. Armands Circle, and a quick drive or Uber ride to downtown. The location was perfect. We met Lisa, who was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return to Sarasota and stay here again!

Location, location, location
Cozy cabana was absolutely perfect for us since we wanted to spend the majority of time at the beach. The beach is a 2 min walk and they have everything to enjoy the beach. Seeing the sunset every night was also a highlight. Exceptional dining is a very short walk too. We enjoyed kayaking through the mangroves and exploring north and south Lido beaches and nature areas. Comfy bed, wonderful porch and everything we needed in the house. We can’t wait to return!

Adorable one bedroom apartment in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. Such easy access to beach and all the wonderful shops and restaurants on St Armand’s. Communication with host was great! Can’t wait to return next year.

Charming cottage
Highly recommend this place! My wife and I stayed for a week and enjoyed our time. Lisa was very helpful, responsive and always available if we had any questions. The cozy apartment was clean and a super short walk - just a few minutes - away from the beach. The apartment comes fully stocked with beach equipment: chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and fat tire cart (this made our stay even better!) - Lisa really makes sure that the apartment is well-appointed with literally anything you might need. Bikes are also available to bike around the area. Property is close to St Armands Circle (5-10 min walk). One thing to note is that some of the ceilings are low since it's a charming older cottage - so watch your head. Some people may find the bedroom window AC a bit noisy but most of the day you are out at the beach! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and there is a private washer/dryer. This place is a gem and will definitely stay again!

Truly an incredible place to escape. Perfectly located - across from the spectacular beach and less than 5-minute walk from shopping and dining. Spotless. Loaded with amenities. A perfect retreat
The cozy bungalow was a delightful beach retreat! The host was great to work with and had everything we could have ever needed ready for us. It was a super quick walk to the beach, and equally as quick to St Armands Circle for dinner, drinks or shopping. The decor was beachy and cheerful and made for a perfect beach week. We can’t wait to go back next year!

my little slice for two weeks
Not really anything I can say other than this was a fabulous little spot for me! I swam laps at the outdoor public pool just down the way and parked my chair on the gulf everyday except one rainy day! I loved walking all over Lido and St. Armand’s.

Great little apartment that is super close to the beach and St Armand’s Circle. Such a cute place. Very clean. It was so nice to have a grill and deck to use. Also the dog bowls and toys are such a sweet touch.

Great little getaway!
The cozy beach cabana apartment was adorable and perfect for our 4 night getaway! Kitchen was well stocked. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Deck outside was perfect for a little relaxing. Location was amazing!!!! Short walk down the path and across the street to the beach and walk to St. Armand’s! Communication w host was great. We didn’t have instructions to enter when we got there but they were sent immediately when I asked. The wifi router wasn’t working and host offered to have one overnighted. We were fine without wifi as the cell signal was strong. We didn’t need it anyways. We weren’t working. All relaxation. I would definitely recommend this rental for a party of 2!!!!!

What a wonderful place!! Perfect for two❤️ a quick walk to the beach.. And a nice stroll to St. Armands square. The apartment is cozy, quaint, filled with good vibes. Well stocked, super clean with all the kitchen ware you need. Great grilling and hanging deck. New washer & Dryer.. I REALLY DON’T WANT TO GIVE A GOOD REVIEE BECAUSE I DON’T WANT TO SHARE THIS LITTLE 💎 💎 GEM. I will be back!! I’ll beet you to it! 👍

If in Lido this is a gem!
I’m a seasoned traveler & VBRO renter and the description & pictures of this cottage were so authentic which is not often the case. The host was one of the best communicators I’ve ever dealt with for vacations. Entering the unit I was awed by the cleanliness and welcoming vibes. The deck and beautiful gas grill right off the main living area was so useful and enjoyable. We had across to a full washer/ dryer, 2 great bikes which we rode daily and abundant linens and quality sheets. All the comforts of home. The proximity of the beach couldn’t be beat and St Armand’s circle a mere 5 minute walk. Kitchen was well stocked w/appliances, coffee pot/filters , pots/pans, dishes, wine glasses & on & on. So fortunate to have found this place. TY for a wonderful 2 week stay!

Wonderful getaway!
We had such a nice visit to this magical cottage that had everything to make your home away from home perfect. It is in a perfect local to walk to town/shopping and super close to the beach! We loved every second of our stay!
