OK, but not a good location.
The room was fine although basic, with minimal furniture. Breakfast was good. I suspect the street was much more attractive when the hotel was built. now it is shabby and noisy at night. I'm glad my room was not at the front of the building.

Nao valeu o custo beneficio. Aptos com pouca infraestrutura, serviços de quartos insatisfatórios( faltavam toalhas e roupas de cama.). Detalhe: no primeiro dia me colocaram no quarto infestado de baratas! Terrível. Uma sensação de completo abandono ,apesar do esforço de alguns colaboradores do hotel.

Quarto em péssimas condiçoes. Chuveiro torto, jogava mais agua na parede do que para baixo, agua vazava por toda parte do banheiro e nao esquentava. Cama quebrada e roupa de cama péssima, que nem estava no colchão (tive que colocá-la para usá-la). Cafe da manhã horrivel, praticamente nenhuma opção de alimentação e diversos itens faltantes logo na primeira hora de serviço. Pelo menos os funcionarios sao atenciosos e prestativos, senão nada teria valido na estadia

O quarto em que fui colocado aparentemente foi reformado recentemente. Tem uma base da polícia a 3 metros do hotel. A funcionária da recepção que me atendeu assim que cheguei, fez a cobrança da minha diária porém não colocou no sistema. Quando fui fazer o check out, o outro funcionário queria me cobrar mais uma diária. Encaminhei o print do valor que foi cobrado e fui liberado. Não posso deixar de mencionar o cheiro forte m@conh@ na recepção. A cama não era nova mas super confortável. Jogo de cama estava limpo. O banheiro não tem porta. Televisão com poucos canais abertos e nada de streaming. A limpeza do quarto foi feita superficial. A mesa de cabeceira da cama estava suja e o banheiro tinha marcas de coisas derramadas no azulejo. O hotel fica bem no centro de SP. Metrô super perto. Da pra fazer tudo a pé. Porém a região está muito perigosa. Muitos moradores de rua, muita sujeira e o cheiro de coisa podre.

O hotel tem uma boa localização, mas não possui uma boa limpeza, não tem serviço de quarto. São quartos bem antigos, sem ar condicionado, toalha muito muito sujas e usadas. O café da manhã é extremamente fraco. Recomendo para estadias rápidas.

Razoável.
Para o valor da diária, e a localização, apesar do Centro de São Paulo está entregue aos mendigos e drogados, foi razoável. Sem ar condicionado e cama confortável. O café é bonzinho e os funcionários bem atenciosos.
