Para uma noite ok, Não servem refeições e nada incluso na diária. O aplicativo informa que o café da manhã está incluído, mas na verdade é cobrado o valor de R$ 26,00 café para o casal e R$ 13,00 café para 1 hóspede. Ahh e vale lembrar, se for de carro tem que pagar R$ 20,00 o estacionamento. Pra mim a oferta no aplicativo não é clara, atrai o hóspede e o mesmo quando chega ao local, acaba pagando pois fica sem opção

When I arrived at the hotel my reservation was not there. The hotel was fully booked and I had to find another hotel room. After I complain, hotels.com send an email and directed me to the bill department that never answer my emails.

Fui tomar banho, não estava saindo água, tive q ligar a torneira e descarga para a água descer, quando desceu a agua, estava fria, chuveiro não esquentava. Fui informado que o café da manhã era até as 11, coloquei o despertador para 10:30, quando acordei me informaram que o café era até as 10hrs. Perdi o café da manhã.

Custo benefício muito bom, ambiente tranquilo e agradável. O atendimento foi excelente com os funcionários bem educados e a limpeza do lugar também é muito boa. O ponto fraco é a cobrança do estacionamento para quem se hóspede em 20 reais por dia.
