Hotel simples, não limpam o quarto diariamente. Porém ótima localização, funcionários simpáticos. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável. Tive que pendurar um lençol na janela para não entrar claridade pois não tem persiana na janela. 5 reais a diária do estacionamento. Hotel simples. Mas o melhor custo benefício que encontrei.

O lugar é bem localizado, aos domingos tem feira bem ao lado, muito legal! Os flats são sempre limpos e estão em condições plenas para o uso, não é luxuoso mas oferece todo suporte a uma estadia digna. Se investirem em televisões novas (pois tem apenas tv's de tudo pequenas mas com multi-canais) creio que elevaria significativamente a percepção de qualidade. O check-in é rápido e descomplicado (não aceitam cartões de credito e débito) A liberdade que o cliente tem é muito positiva, podendo fazer um pouco mais de barulho anoite e possibilitando aos fumantes a facilidade de poder ter o hábito tranquilamente são um diferencial. A estrutura é robusta e não deixa passar ruído Tem bastante espaço e área de lavanderia em alguns quartos, parece que é nossa casa! Adoro ficar lá, o unico ponto negativo que pega no meu caso são as tv's antigas e os travesseiros que poderiam ser melhores.

A localização é ótima, perto de tudo. Hotel mal administrado, precisa de reforma, os quartos atendem, mas precisa de reforma, travesseiros e camas são duros, capa de plásticos. Fronha e lenções com manchas de bolor. Saímos as 08h00 da manha do quarto, voltamos as 17h00 cansados, a camareira não tinha ido limpar o quarto e nem trocado as toalhas.

A higiene do local é muito fraca!
Ótimo atendimento na recepção! O Flat está bem localizado (centro de SP perto das principais vias que ligam todas as zonas de SP). A limpeza do Flat é muito fraca! Tem muito pó sobre os móveis, luminárias, portas. Na janela do banheiro tinha vários sabonetes e aparelhos de barbear e de depilação jogados, era muito nojento tomar banho tendo que olhar aquilo. O preço e a localização que faz valer a pena ficar no local. Mas o básico de higiene não tem.

Tranquilo e aconchegante
O hotel é padrão, 3 estrelas, não foge ao que se espera, o pessoal tem um diferencial muito grande, que é a gentileza, isso esta cada vez mais raro. Quartos limpos, tranquilo, cama boa. Eu e minha esposa curtimos!

Hotal básico, com preço justo.
Achei o quarto simples, mas com preço justo. Porem, Senti falta de : mais higienização no cobertor oferecido. Mais panos para secar os pés no banheiro, uma vez que não havia box. O atendimento no café da manhã foi bem fraco, haja visto que eram apenas duas funcionárias para cozinhar e servir os hóspedes.
