Great stay
Much better than I expected! They put me on the top floor (it was off-season, so more flexibility). Although the AC had been turned off for the season, the gentleman was very nice and gave me a fan. Very clean and great location!

Comfortable for the price
We were disappointed when we arrived to learn that our room did not have an ocean view - their room options as listed on Hotels.com were a little confusing. The rooms were a little bit worn but comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location to go out and explore the town. Parking was treacherous in their on-site parking so we had to park up the road in a garage.

The staff & room were great. The hotel is a little worn but has a vintage charm. The room we stayed in had an awkward step going to the area by the window that we both tripped on a few times. Better marking could help.

Enjoyed our stay. Such a beautiful view from our room. convenient location to town - the ferry - dining. Would come back. (We had issues w bathroom flooding from shower ..ekkk). Fixable I’m sure.

Wow! I had a view to the water and it was unbelievable. The balcony was huge and I could enjoy the sunset seeing all the boats. The wifi was so good for all my work video calls. The staff was so nice, I could go swimming at the pool while I waited for my room. Food was great. Location is perfect. It’s about a 20 min walk from train station. I am definitely staying here again

We stayed here one night. We enjoyed the room, although it was not very sound proof so we could hear those around and above us pretty well. Good shower. We enjoyed our time at the pool however the slide was broken. We asked the front desk to call us a taxi in the morning due to an early train and the person working that night was very helpful and kind. However, that morning, the person working refused to call the taxi before we got down even though we asked for a specific time—it was good we went down even earlier to make sure it was called. He was rude compared to those working when we checked in. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in great location. Rooms were really spacious, breakfast was good and pool was lovely. Only negative feedback is the bathroom was badly designed with a central, outward facing shower with no shower curtain - consequently every time it was used the bathroom floor flooded. That said, the location, space and pool out weigh the negative and I would still stay there again.

I'm not sure if I should give 3 or 4 star. I encountered with two problems: 1- The TV was not working. The staff told me they've been having issued for few days now. 2- The AC was making extreme noise and again staff told me it's an old unit and they can't do anything about it!!! I end up buying earplugs for couple of night i was there.
