Great place. The art and decor was fabulous. Bed comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Even the shampoo samples were top notch. My only complaint the whole time was the cheap/thin toilet paper.

The pictures and reviews were great but once inside the room not so great. Outdated, horrible bed and pillows. Bottom sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed. For two people we got one bath towel apiece.And I felt like I was going to fall through the shower as I don’t think it had any support. The burritos were great but not enough room for everyone in the hotel to eat especially at the busy breakfast hour.

Good location. Beds were comfortable but bed bugs was everywhere! Staff was good and efficiently moved us to different rooms. My review would have been more positive if we did not have to deal with the bug situation

As motels go, this one was adequate in cleanliness, convenience and comfort. The continental breakfast was very nice and included freshly made breakfast burritos. Our main complaint is regarding the poor customer service. We discovered on the 2nd and final morning of our stay that 2 of our bicycles had been stolen off the roof of our van. When I informed the front desk attendant, he barely reacted. When I asked if we could see the security camera surveillance, he said only his manager had access, and he wouldn't be there until noon. I told him we had to leave as we had a long drive ahead of us. He apparently never informed his manager as the incident was never acknowledged. I realize the theft was not the fault of the motel staff, but better customer service would have been appreciated. If you stay here, be sure to bring any valuables inside and keep them in your room.
