Summary:
Our recently remodeled loft bedroom studio is a great place to stay in Santa Fe for solo travelers, a cozy couple, or small group of 3. The welcoming living space is perfect for lounging and watching a movie, or snuggling up and reading a book. Also an excellent space for a working trip! The electric fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere and adds to the other historical charms of the casita such as the vigas and red brick flooring.
The Space:
*Please note that the bed is lofted with low ceiling clearance and can only be accessed by walking up stairs*. Sofa bed has a queen mattress for additional guest (max unit capacity 3).
The fully equipped kitchen is roomy, and includes a dining table for taking meals at home or playing a few rounds of board games! In addition, there are two outdoor patio areas for relaxing and entertaining, including a gas fire pit and a grill. The bathroom is a refreshing combination of contemporary and historic styling, with a deep tub/shower combo.
Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and free reserved parking are available for the most carefree stay possible.
Located in the highly desirable Railyard District, you are within walking distance to a plethora of shops, restaurants, theaters, and experiences such as the local farmer’s market and free concerts in both the Railyard and Plaza.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire casita including the private courtyard and back patio. Our home is equipped with a key lock box. A code for the lock box will be provided prior to your arrival.

The Railyard District is a large arts district with galleries, performance spaces, a cinema, restaurants & antique shops.
Farmers Market is perfect to visit on Saturday mornings

The Violet Crown Cinema has a large lineup of local New Mexican craft beers as well as a full dinner menu

The Santa Fe Ski Basin is about thirty minutes away. You can rent equipment at Alpine Sports in town or wait until you get to the mountain.
There are trails for every kind of hiker here; Some a mere ten minutes up the hill from your casita (Atalaya Trail), and others further out of town.
Meow Wolf is an immersive and interactive experience that transports audiences of all ages into fantastic realms of story and exploration. This includes art installations, video and music production, and extended reality content. House of Eternal Return, was launched in March 2016 with support from Game of Thrones creator, George R.R. Martin. Inside, guests discover a multidimensional mystery house with secret passages, portals to magical worlds, and an expansive narrative amidst surreal, maximalist, and mesmerizing art exhibits.
Getting Around:
Once in town, getting around is easy. Downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding historic districts are compact and most conveniently traveled on foot. It's no wonder Santa Fe was voted one of America's Top Rated Walking Cities.
The Santa Fe Pickup Shuttle
Free shuttle service that starts and ends in front of the former New Mexico Film Museum (the Jean Cocteau Cinema) on Montezuma Avenue and runs counter-clockwise with various stops around downtown.

You will fall in love with the design & decor of our recently refurbished house. History-buffs will surely appreciate the fact that the home is situated in a historic compound that was originally used as a Chinese Laundry. It fits just right into the many historical sites that can be found throughout Santa Fe.
The casita is equipped with a Smart TV that allows you to stream your favorite shows as well as local stations.
The landscaper comes weekly on Mondays to clean up around the driveway and courtyard.
*If you will be using the sofa bed for sleeping, please let us know and extra linens will be provided. There will be an additional linen/cleaning fee of $25 per sofa bed for groups smaller than 3.
Baby equipment is available on a first come first serve basis for an additional fee. We can provide more details if you are interested.

We will be accessible for our guests 24/7 either via phone or Airbnb. Expect a quick and prompt response.
