The room was simple but comfortable. The view was from the deck more than from the room for the room we chose. The staff was over the top! Everyone we met was kind and helpful. We went when there was a downpour of rain and the shuttle to town and back proved to be our deliverance! Again, so grateful the staff was there to make our trip more comfortable and memorable! We loved the location of the hotel. The shuttle was very helpful and convenient. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip. All the staff were kind and helpful. Would love to return.

Friendly staff, convenient shuttle transportation from Hotel to the train station and back, several times per day. Hotel needs renovation, including the rooms. Shower area is small, and I could think inconvenient for older people.

We loved the location. Just outside the craziness of downtown. Amazing views of the town, ocean, Mt. Vesuvius. All the staff we interacted with were fantastic. Our balcany was beautiful. The views from the pool terrace were amazing. Breakfast on the terrace was awesome too. We ended up having to rent a car last minute to get to Sorrento and the staff were wonderful to be able to vallet it for us in their garage. This was our favorite hotel on our trip to Italy.

Awesome views, great hotel.
Charming hotel with incredible views of the Mediterranean, Mt. Vesuvio & Sorrento. Nice staff. Shuttle service into town. Decent restaurant & expansive breakfast included. The hotel is built into the cliffside & there are multiple decks avaible to relax & enjoy the view.

We loved staying here! We had the Villa property, which involves a steep uphill walk for breakfast, pool, and shuttle. If you have any mobility issues, just book the normal hotel rooms. We loved breakfast and also had dinner in the restaurant. Our villa was great, but the hot tub wasn’t working. Shuttle was perfect. Francesco was so friendly and wonderful during the breakfast service. Highly recommend staying there.

This property was very clean, beautiful, and had a great view. The free shuttle that was provided also made it extremely convenient. Was exactly what we expected. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel. A bit dated, but still quite nice and clean. Some reviews state that it was noisy in the room, but mine was quite quiet. Breakfast service and food were great. The service in the evening (dinner) was not nearly as attentive, but the staff looked visibly tired by evening and it wasn’t intentional. Some of the best food we ate was at the hotel, not in town and not even in very good restaurants in Rome. The shuttle service was always right on time and that is a perk. We were given giant check-out breakfasts boxed for us on the last morning free of charge. Overall a nice hotel with terrific views in any room 4th floor or higher. Balcony was very pleasant in the evening. USB ports all over the hotel room was also helpful.

Gorgeous hotel in Sorrento with beautiful views! Great staff, very attentive and friendly. The shuttle was very convenient. I received a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift. Agustino was the most beautiful man in Sorrento!

We loved the views absolutely stunning. The pool wasn’t busy when we were there so that was nice. It was lovely and modern. We found it very disappointing to find out that the spa wasn’t on site. The staff were not very helpful when we asked them for recommendations. We found the shuttle but to be good but should have started early as we couldn’t get into town for some of our tours and had to walk.

The restaurant in the hotel was very good with a great view. We ate both nights in the hotel. The hotel is not walkable any where and is on a hill. Although the hotel provides a free shuttle bus that takes you to the bus station which is in the middle square with great shopping and restaurants. Drop off is Close to bus train or ferry access in Sorrento. We took ferry to Capri and booked a tour at a place on our walk. The hotel has convenient tours while I recommend where they can book for you at front desk which are affordable. We booked a half day tour to Pompei which was long enough. They do hotel pick up. Although you need to take free hotel shuttle to bottom of hill to catch your tour bus. We would have booked our Capri trip at hotel but you need to book the day before. If you go to Capri highly recommend the chair life ride and the circle boat ride around the island. Blue grotto is closed most of the time but still a beautiful ride. This hotel was very nice with great pool views and fireworks can been seen from city some nights. Great breakfast as well. Staff very nice. Again the free shuttle service is a big plus.

Good stay. Older property (like many in Sorrento). Far from town center but they have a very convenient shuttle service that runs throughout the day. Very nice view from the hotel and our room balcony. Overall, it was a nice few days.
