Good parking, nice pool, great staff, location surprisingly good …. under road / train track walkway leads straight to beach ((3 minutes). Rooms pretty old & spare but clean. Overall good value for area. Town centre is pretty ritzy.

Una struttura un po’ vecchia, letti scomodi ma tutto sommato pulito. La colazione due stelle. Servita da una signora che si divideva fra check out e colazioni con unghie sporche, senza usare guanti e con tempi di attesa lunghi.

Siamo rimasti nella stanza il tempo necessario per trovare un altro hotel, poi siamo fuggiti. Camera n. 13 misera, da ostello della gioventù. Niente condizionatore il 18 agosto! Porte chiuse in qualche maniera. Il prezzo da hotel quattro stelle! Un furto con destrezza.

I punti di forza sono rappresentati da: bella piscina personale disponibile e gentile ottima pulizia vicinanza alla spiaggia ed il centro. Unica pecca: la struttua avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturata. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno piacevole.

Premettendo che il servizio è stato eccellente (l’accoglienza è stata flessibile e disponibile) la struttura appena si entra già appare fatiscente con pezzi di intonaco mancanti, un odore di muffa&polvere e un arredamento datato da anni 70 caratterizza tutti gli ambienti. Per accedere alla camera siamo passati da un sottotetto che era riempito tra le travi e i coppi da giornali e pezzi di plastica mentre il muro appare a tratti scrostato o senza intonaco. La camera ha la serratura da ufficio di 40anni fa e spesso difettosa nel chiudersi. Entriamo in una stanza sporca, spoglia con mobili e arredamento in Linea anni 70 che cade a pezzi: tv a tubo catodico e senza corrente ne antenna ma con fili cascanti e lontana da una presa elettrica. Materassi sfondati copriletto sporco e piene di sabbia. Il bagno assolutamente fatiscente con doccia rotta e tenda di plastica a anch’essa sporca e vecchia. Per quanto riguarda la colazione unica nota positiva per il rispetto della normativa COVID: infatti lo staff serviva a buffet. Peccato che i tavoli e i vassoi erano riutilizzati tra gli ospiti senza che fossero sanificati. Buona la scelta di cibo che comunque è adeguata ma mortificante il fatto che non si potesse riprendere niente una seconda volta. In conclusione se questo “hotel” fosse costato 20/25€ pro capite sarebbe stato corretto e sincero.
