This is a very mid-hotel, it is ok at best. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful with questions and concerns. The hotels hard product leaves much to be desired. The rooms are meant to be “smart” rooms, it was anything but, shower head was not properly attached and no mini fridge in the rooms to keep drinks cold. The walls were very thin and you can hear just about anything in the halls and next door. Restaurant was ok, although service seems a bit scatter brained when serving or working tables. Food itself was ok, nothing to write home about but in a pinch works just fine for a meal. Distance to plazas for shopping, sightseeing and other restaurants is great! You’re within a 10-15min walk of various churches, clubs, and stores. Overall, very ok

To start off I want to express the cleanliness of the place which was very great . The cleaning staff is very friendly . Although I can’t say the same for the receptionists . They have rude mannerisms and terrible customer service . They tried double charging me for my key card because I had lost it . I payed for it the first time and at time of check out the expected me to pay again what kind of nonsense is that . It’s truly pathetic to see how they treat people based off appearances . To top that off the parking is super inconvenient to have to carry down the luggage from the parking place rather than being able to unload upfront for easier transport. They really should work on figuring that out. I get that the place does not offer many parking spots upfront but at the very least allow the people to unload their baggage and then park in the garage afterwards . I would only recommend the place for the cleanliness and because of the surrounding environment.

Todo excelente, la chica de recepción súper amable, todo bonito , súper céntrico . Lo único que no nos gustó es que fuimos al restaurante a pedir un par de vasos que necesitaba para mis hijas pequeñas y nos dijo una señorita que no nos los podía prestar y le pedimos de favor vasos desechables y dijo que no tenía, y le dijimos es que necesitamos solo dos vasos y nos dijo, pero me los traen en un ratito ( eran las 10 de la noche ) entonces le dijimos que ok , que regresábamos en un rato. No nos gustó que nos decía que no a todo lo que le preguntábamos y su actitud tampoco era buena. Todo excelente excepto por esa persona del restaurante :)

In the Middle of the City Center
The hotel is placed in the City Center and you can move around easily, but the area is pretty noisy. The hotel could be in better shape, for example, better lighting in the restroom, a coffee maker, an iron, etc. The hotel staff was kind and proactive. However, it was hard to figure out how to get a receipt when doing the check out.
