Excellent value and location
It was great for the price!! Loved the location. Very friendly staff and clean. Blancha during day staff went out of her way to make people smile and feel welcome. We loved the pool area for kids and the restaurants on site. The pool was 5 gf deepest so it was great for smaller kids. The beach was a bit of a walk. I also wish there was room darkening shades and more hooks in the bathroom for bathing suites to dry. The water was hot and nice though and clean towels daily. Breakfast was ok - wish there was more fresh fruit selections and cereal selections but for those who like standard eggs and pancakes, potatoes / it should be fine!

I highly recommend this hotel. Amazing staff and service. I have to highlight their amazing staff at the front desk. Pedro Davila and another one of the staff helped us bring our daughter’s elf back into the room. It was truly magical for her. Thank you so much!! We will keep coming back. Truly special experience:)

This was by far one of the best Embassy properties we’ve stayed at. Very clean, from the lobby area to the guest rooms. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I had to call the front desk a couple of times (I needed a plunger and extra towels), someone was at my door immediately. Very shocking considering the amount of floors and rooms they have. The free breakfast was terrible but the courtesy happy hour was really nice.
