my daughter and i liked it was walkable staff was very helpful. like the 3d floor lounge area. breakfast was only coffee and toast so a few more simple items wouldve been nice especially with children

The room smells like mold, the toilet is leaking, the room was worn. I requested a new room and was told they could not give me one. My only option was a refund and to find a new hotel. I am not hapoy with this hotel at all.

Great location but property pictures did not represent actual property accurately. Great location, it was right by the beach, many dining options. The only air conditioned spot in the hotel was the actual room. This is hotel is really more of a motel than a hotel. Hotel personnel was not very responsive when I asked questions via the app. Great for college kids on a budget but I wouldn’t recommend for families or adults.

The property was okay. The property has a cute charm to it. The room was dated but clean. The girl with the curly hair was very helpful and sweet. The location is prime real estate for the area. I mean it’s walkable distance for everything. The only recommendation is maybe bring your own towels because those were hard to come by. Outside of that I would stay there again.

Walking location to food, casino, beach and other places. Place was clean but it lacks Wi-Fi stability. No wifi in my 2nd floor room for the entire trip, which is ridiculous I couldn't even watch TV for half an hour

Fantastic staff. Nice rooms with good air conditioning. Nice pool! Very close to many great dining options. And a short walk to a great beach. Excellent location.

DONT BOOK HERE! False advertisement! RUN DOWN!
This was the worst experience I ever had at a "hotel" if they can even call it that. I just arrived at the hotel and I am totally unsatisfied. They didn’t have any wash rags in the room to shower with and when I went to get some he gave me micro fiber cleaning rags that were bleached with dirt stains all over. The tub is disgustingly dirty with hair all over it. The gentleman at the front, told me he doesn’t have time to figure out the rag situation because he has a report that is due by 7am. How rude and such horrid customer service. However I called prior to me arriving or even boarding my flight informing them of my arrival so they should’ve had the room ready and prepared. The floors are disgustingly dirty as well. When we pulled back the lonely throw used for a blanket, there was hair strands and dirt stains in the middle of the bed. When I picked up the pillow, it was something crusted brown and hard. I immediately went back to the front desk to wait on the manager to arrive. I wanted to cry, my partner and I both have dark colored Locs, we did not even get in the bed since we’ve been here. These hair strands are straight light colored hair, the same strands that are in the shower. I am so disgusted. This is just a horrible way to start a birthday. There is hair strands all over this room and floor.
