My room was beautiful. At first, Id been given a room on the 2nd floor in a building w no elevator. That dudnt work w two 50-pound suitcases. I got a room on the first floor after that. They had a nice gym, but I couldnt access it, because it closed at 4 on Sat. I alsi didnt get breakfast, because it starts at 6. They only have airport shuttles once/hour on the hour. I needed to be there by 7, but since there was no intermediate option, I took the 6 am shuttle. There was a couple w kids that checked in at the dame time as I did, and they got breakfast packaged fir them to go on the 6 am shuttle. I didnt know this was an option, because the lady I checked in with just told me that I would not be abke to have breakfast. So, we checked in at the same time and left on the same airport shuttle. They got breakfast. I didnt. Also, the hot tub wasn't hot at all. Beautiful property, but . . .

Staff was super helpful! The pool was clean and the bartender very friendly. The casino exchanged USD for me instead of taking an uber to bank . Beds were very uncomfortable and the jetted soaker tub was a bonus

This is a great place to stay in San Jose. I like the convenient drive to drop off the car rental in Belen and catch the car rental shuttle to the airport. I've stayed here a number of times over the years and it's always a great experience.

The property was a bit run down. Most of the restaurants were closed and the ones that were open had limited options. The pool didn't look very clean. We were unable to use the airport shuttle because it was unavailable when we needed it, so we had to pay for a taxi. It looks like at one point it was an amazing hotel, but it is clear that they are going through a financial hardship

Better Than Expected
This is one of the nicest airport hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t expect the quality in amenities or service. I feels more like a resort than an airport hotel. I will say that I was there with a group and not all rooms were created equal. The first half of my trip my room open onto the pool and the second half I was in the bridal suite. Both of my rooms were comfortable and worth recommending. If you can, upgrade your room! *this is a comparison to other global AIRPORT hotels*

We stayed for just one night as a layover and it was comfortable. the hotel does need some updating as the tub had rust stains in it. the restaurants were few , one was closed and the other was barely functioning- with one guy holding the fort down by himself.

Our room had no running water the night we checked in, the phone in the room did not work, and the next day we were only able to take a very cold shower when the water came on. There was someone's mouth guard on the floor in front of the bathroom sink that I stepped on when I tried to brush my teeth, with no running water! The couch in the room was terrribly stained as well.

I spent one night at the hotel and had several inconveniences, first of all when I got to the room there was water on the bathroom floor, then I tried to take a bath and there was no water. The shuttle service to the airport is restricted to a schedule so I had to pay. The hotel restaurant is very bad, they took an hour to bring us the food and forgot my boyfriend's plate. I do not recommend the hotel!
