Casa nuovissima e ben tenuta. Tutto quello che serve c'è e il proprietario Sergio è sempre molto disponibile. Dalla casa ci si.muove agevolmente verso le località marine e montane.

L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla nonostante sia molto vicina alla città di Pescara. Gli interni sono molto puliti, funzionali e spaziosi. Ua corte recintata consente di parcheggiare la propria auto. Il proprietario Sergio è disponibile e attento ai bisogni degli ospiti.
