A wonderful holiday home with the garden and swimming pool facing south. With 2 outside terraces, outside kitchen and outdoor table tennis.
It stands on its own 500 m2 of land of which the dwelling is 150 m2.
3 large bedrooms, 1 with a TV including Netflix and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed and a folding bed for the the living room or for the master bedroom. 2 walk-in showers with heating. The room with dining area, sitting area, television overlooking the pool through an open door. The television can receive channels from all over the world. Internet is via fiber optic and is free.
Upon arrival you pay 200.00 in deposit. For electricity, 0.35 euros per kHz, 90.00 euros per week for free electricity, 2.75 m3 for water and 15.00 per person for the linen package. After leaving the house, the costs will be deducted from the deposit. The pool is filled with salt water, so no chlorine and good for the skin. In the evening there is lighting in the garden as well as in the swimming pool.

Perfect family venue
Thank you for the most amazing stay at your villa the villa is perfect for a family attending my daughter’s wedding. Our grandson aged 10 loved the pool as did we. We loved all the seating areas outside in shade or sun and the outside kitchen area to eat was great in the shade. We had an amazing family holiday. You can walk to a supermarket and restaurants but would recommend a car for full access to all local amenities.

The villa was perfect with everything you could need. Location was ideal, we didn’t have a car and everything was within walking distance, shops, bars, restaurants and local buses. The host was great and told us everything we needed to know about the villa and pool. If I had to find a negative it would be that the single room did not have aircon and it was a bit worrying not knowing how much the electricity would cost until the end of our stay. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again

This villa is amazing, very spacious & the pool was so warm. It is so close to consum square with lots of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. We will hopefully be back, thank you.

Tolles Haus!
Wir haben das Haus für fast 3 Wochen gemietet und waren total zufrieden. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, perfekt eingerichtet und alles vor Ort, was man so braucht. Tolle, bequeme Liegen, Outdoorecke mit Grills, Aussenkühlschrank, Arbeitsplatte und grosse Essgelegenheit und alles überdacht. Auch das Interieur ist absolut perfekt abgestimmt und sehr sauber. Schöner Pool, der von Juan wöchentlich gesäubert und gewartet wurde. Bei evtl. Problemen ist Desiree, die das Haus betreut, sofort zur Stelle und kümmert sich um alles. Ein- und auschecken lief problemlos ab. Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten befinden sich im Umkreis. Supermärkte sind fussläufig zu erreichen und auch Lidl, Aldi usw. waren nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Gerne wären wir noch länger dort geblieben und hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an alle für einen wunderschönen und ruhigen Urlaub! Lothar und Gaby

Kjempefint hus og trivelig vertskap
Huset var minst like fint som på bildene. Det hadde alt vi trengte av utstyr på kjøkkenet. Bassenget var varmet opp til 29 grader så det ble brukt masse. Det var også perfekt å svømme der på kveldene ettersom det var lys i masse farger. Huset ligger i et fint boligområde, 400 meter fra et lite senter med ulike butikker og en stor matbutikk med godt utvalg. Det er midt i mellom Alicante, Elche og Torrevieja så vi besøkte alle de tre stedene. Dette huset passer best om man har med seg bil, for det ligger 10 min unna stranda. Vertene var veldig hyggelige, snakket godt engelsk og spansk. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Fatal...
La casa es preciosa, pero el mantenimiento de la misma es horrible. Habia restos de suciedad de los anteriores inquilinos, y mucha! ventanas rotas y condenadas, tapa del baño rota, sillas del patio, barbacoa super sucia... Y lo peor de todo es la plaga de cucarachas y hormigas q llenaban toda la casa, armarios, cocina....super desagradable Todo! Desinfectamos todo ya q no nos fiamos y menos por el covid19 . Ademas la comunicacion con el anfitrion es imposible, no entiende nada de español y cuando no le interesa menos... Nos amenazaron con el cierre de la piscina, por decir q habia restos de aceite del protector solar en la superficie de la misma... De locos! El tema de la fianza por consumo de luz.. . Un robo. Nos cobran por una semana 190€ de luz...cuando el aire se encendia solo tres horas x la noche. Los primeros 90€ los asume el dueño, pero el resto te lo quitan de la fianza, de la cual no nos dan ni recibo ni nada. Hemos pedido foto de contador del primer dia y del ultimo y no nos la han dado. Nos han dado una foto q no sabemos ni de que dia es. Nos han enseñado una foto sin fechas y sin nada. Y hemos pedido algo q nos lo demostrase y nada, de repente el no entendia nada de español. No se firma ningun acuerdo, ningun contrato ni ningun documento... Sinceramente, me ha parecido una estafa.

Rigtig lækkert hus - Skønt med opvarmet pool.
Rigtig lækkert hus, vi havde rigtig meget glæde af poolen, som var opvarmet (Vi var der i uge 42) Skøn overdækket terrasse, hvor man kan nye solopgangen, med morgen kaffen. Huset ligge i villakvarter, hvor der ikke sker så meget, man kan dog gå til et mindre center med butikker og restauranter. Der er ca. 10min. i bil til strand og by liv. Vi kommer gerne igen.
