The room was clean. Sheets had a stain on them. Pillows were very uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the room phone. It came from a different hotel and had the wrong hotel address! This led to me ordering doordash to the wrong address. There's no excuse for not fixing that. Lastly some receptacles were crooked and looked shoddy.

Adequate room. The metal skirt around the bed would 'bang' every time someone would move in the bed. Did not make for a restful night's sleep

It was super clean! Convenient to the airport, but we would have appreciated street signs as we headed north in the dark. Fortunately my husband was somewhar familiar with the area, so we made it to the airport on time.

They gave 1 of my 2 rooms to another customer with the same last name so i didnt have 2 beds which i needed. Then my son uaed a roll out bed amd got bit by a bug or spider.

Great little hotel not to far from the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the towels were the softest towels ive ever had in a hotel. There was a little road noise but that didn't bother us for one night.

Room was ok. Great bed. Place is very close to San Francisco Airport and noise was bad. It’s also right on a Main Street which was noisy. The neighborhood had a lot of good ethnic restaurants: Chinese, Thai, Korean, Philippino and Starbucks.
