My family and I stayed for 2 nights. We had a room with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. These are apartment looking rooms so it had a kitchen and living room as well. Water pressure was really low. The bathroom in the first room had some hairs on the wall (from previous guests ?) and the bathtub edges were a bit dirty/mold/mildew. The shower/bathroom had soap/shampoo/conditioner. The sink had just a small bar of soap- nothing else which was a little disappointing. TVs have DirectTV so good amount of channels. The kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave and pots/pans/utensils/plates/cups. The lobby looked nice, the laundry room only takes coins. You can purchase detergent at the market store at the lobby and get change as well for laundry. Limited gym. Breakfast was good but they start cleaning early even though it states that it will be from 630am - 930am (weekdays). The staff was pleasant but the two ladies were busy talking that i felt like I was interrupting them when I needed help. Housekeeping did not come on day 1 but on my check out day (even thought I have until noon to check out) they came in at 9am asking when we were leaving (felt a bit rushed) and left clean towels on the rails of stairs. Location is good.

Our check in was great. We needed to change rooms for two reasons, one of which fr health purposes. Th GM accommodated us expeditiously. We did have an unfortunate items to come up missing and the Housekeeping Manager was unwilling to accept our complaint. We refused housekeeping for the duration of our visit. This was not good.

The Google directions take you to a closed office building. The rug in the room should be replaced as the area missing is sharp.
