This hotel was well worth the money. The breakfast was great! A full breakfast everyday. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors of San Francisco. It is only a few miles from airport and has a free shuttle.

The room was nice. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. Pillows were not great. There were no convenient charging stations. Breakfast was good and I loved that they didn’t rely on single use paper and plastic. Real plates and real silverware. Reasonably priced and a good location.

Pros: good location, nice looking building, good breakfast, room has nice view of the bay. Cons: room had a bad odor, smelled like dirty socks. Maids do not clean the room unless you notified the front desk at 7:00 a.m. each day.

Everyone was so friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! The morning breakfast had omelets, fruit, a station to make your own waffles, assorted juices, coffee and a few other things. The property is nice to walk around and the parking was so easy. We will be back!

This hotel is very close to the airport and does offer a shuttle, so that is a perk. The rooms were a little old, with some old carpet and seat stains. The front desk employee who assisted me during check in was excellent and I appreciate his helpfulness. The coffee and breakfast were okay, nothing incredibly vast in terms of offerings.

Overall, our stay was just okay. We have stayed here before and had a much better experience the last time we were here. They did not have my name in their system at check-in even though I had made the reservation a month prior. I had to wait an extended amount of time at check-in while they figured out what had happened. We only took advantage of the breakfast one of three mornings because of how crammed it was and how minimal food was available. There was only one working waffle iron that took 2.5 minutes per serving and it took a very long time to get through the line. The servers did not speak English and frequently ran out of food options or plates/silverware and when asked about them by guests would disappear into the back without saying anything and nothing additional being brought out. We had to sit in the lobby as there wasn't any available space in the breakfast area. We opted to purchase food to eat the other mornings as a result. I do love it's proximity to the bay and the pathway next to it. Parking was simple and overall (apart from my check-in experience), the front desk was quick and helpful. It was a lot louder in the hallways than the last time we stayed here.
